MNF Week 7 NFL Player Props: Uncovering the Hidden Value in Texans-Seahawks
Written By Nick Crain | Last Updated at October 20, 2025
Monday Night Football brings a pair of matchups with plenty of NFL Week 7 player prop value, but the showdown between the Houston Texans and Seattle Seahawks is the most interesting.
Desperation for a win, elite defenses and headliner offensive stars make for intriguing betting angles on both sides of the ball, especially with the latest sportsbook promos. It could be a game that sees the defensive playmakers stealing the show, but there's always value in leaning into offensive weapons on the betting market.
With that in mind, here are the best prop bets for Week 7 of Monday Night Football action and where the lines provide an edge today.
Dalton Schultz Anytime TD
Odds: +320 (via bet365)
It hasn't been the season Schultz has been hoping for in terms of scoring, as he still hasn't found the end zone. But Houston's offense continues to improve each week and more opporutnities to score have arisen. Especially at +320, there's real value in Stroud's TE scoring a touchdown today, coming off of a five-catch performance for 60 yards last week.
Sam Darnold o0.5 INT
Odds: -120 (via BetMGM)
Darnold is known for being turnover prone in his career, but has actually been much better this season. He's only thrown three interceptions to this point, but the Texans defense is arguably the best in the league. Not only do they have a great pass rush, but they also have the defensive backs who have the ball skills to pick off bad throws.
Elijah Arroyo o1.5 Receptions
Odds: +105 (via Caesars Sportsbook)
The Seahawks have quite a few reliable pass catchers, but Arroyo seems to be hidden gem. He's only caught seven passes this season through six weeks, but his target share has fluctuated. Against a strong Houston defense that will be looking to shut down Seattle's top weapons, look for Arroyo to come through in finding soft spots in the defense.
Woody Marks o29.5 Rushing Yards
Odds: -110 (via bet365)
The Texans' backfield is interesting, as nobody has fully taken the spot as true RB1. Both Woody Marks and Nick Chubb have their unique strengths, so a by-committee approach has been used. Even then, Marks is the more explosive back who can make plays, and just a few big runs could cash this over.
This is a game with significant stakes, but it could go either way. Because of that, betting on player props can be an interesting alternative on Monday Night Football for those wanting to avoid picking a winner or which team can cover the spread.
Always compare prices across books before placing your wagers, but these are the props that carry the most value for Monday Night Football. Finding the best value can make the difference between a bad beat and cashing a bet. Be mindful of late injury updates and line movement leading up to kickoff, as they can shift projections dramatically.
