MNF Week 6 NFL Parlay Picks: Uncovering Value in Monday Night Doubleheader
Written By Blaise Bourgeois | Last Updated at October 13, 2025
The NFL has prioritized adding more time slots to its schedule over time, adding a Friday night game in Brazil to Week 1 of the calendar, and additional European games starting before the early Sunday afternoon slate.
They've also expanded Monday Night Football, with five doubleheaders throughout the season. Tonight is the third doubleheader, and we'll be treated to a couple of high-octane games: the Buffalo Bills face the Atlanta Falcons, while the Chicago Bears take on the Washington Commanders.
With two football games and NLCS Game 1, it's a great day to get your betting apps out and enjoy a sports-filled evening. With so much action, let's look at some of the best MNF Week 6 NFL parlay bets from the top sportsbooks.
Buffalo Bills @ Atlanta Falcons
Josh Allen Masterclass
- Leg 1: Bills -3.5
- Josh Allen 250+ Passing Yards
- Josh Allen 2+ Rushing TDs
📊 Parlay Odds: +2162 (via FanDuel) ⭐
When we see odds like this, we're thinking about success in the long run. Josh Allen has thrown for over 250 yards and scored two or more rushing touchdowns six times in his career, about 1 in every 19 games.
If Josh Allen is firing on all cylinders in prime time, there's no way the Falcons are going to keep up. At roughly 22-to-1, we love taking a flier here, and we'd almost certainly do so every week, regardless of the opponent.
Bijan Robinson Rushing Explosion
- Leg 1: Falcons ML
- Leg 2: Bijan Robinson 150+ Rushing Yards
- Leg 3: Bijan Robinson 2+ Rushing TDs
📊 Parlay Odds: +3300 (via DraftKings) ⭐
New Customers: Bet $5+ Get $300 in Bonus Bets If Your Bet Wins + 3 Months of League Pass On Us! With Bills DT Ed Oliver operating at far less than 100%, rookie DT T.J. Sanders on injured reserve, and MLB Matt Milano out, the Bills defense will be very vulnerable up the middle tonight. Bijan Robinson is averaging an eye-watering 146 scrimmage yards a game this season and could be in for the game of his life off a bye week following his 181-yard performance against Washington.
Robinson has put up at least 98 scrimmage yards in 15 of his last 16 games, so there's little doubt he'll put up some nice numbers. But with all these ingredients in the pot, he may be able to put up a career performance in primetime in front of his home crowd.
Bills Escape in Atlanta
- Leg 1: Bills ML
- Leg 2: Bijan Robinson 100+ Total Yards
- Leg 3: Kyle Pitts 43.5+ Receiving Yards
- Leg 4: Under 50 Points
📊 Parlay Odds: +1200 (via BetMGM Sportsbook) ⭐
While this may not be the most exciting parlay in the world, it's definitely the most sensible of the bunch. Bijan is almost certain to get 100+ total yards, a prop which we're shocked is being offered at just -165. If it's a close game, Michael Penix Jr. will have to rely on Kyle Pitts, who has averaged 51.3 yards a game this season. A close game will also likely be on the lower-scoring side. While we think the game will be a tight 27-24 affair, some clock management could keep the score down.
Chicago Bears @ Washington Commanders
Rome Was Built in a Day
- Leg 1: Bears ML
- Leg 2: Rome Odunze Anytime TD
- Leg 3: Rome Odunze 100+ Receiving Yards
- Leg 4: Caleb Williams 233.5+ Passing Yards
📊 Parlay Odds: +1050 (via Caesars Sportsbook) ⭐
Bet $1, Double your Winnings on your Next 20 Wagers. Up to $25 Max Bet Per Boost Caleb Williams and Rome Odunze have struck up an incredible partnership to begin the season, with Odunze scoring five touchdowns in the first four games of the season, averaging 86 receiving yards a game since Week 2. This game pits two of the worst defenses in the NFL against one another, with the Commanders ranking 23rd in pass defense. If the Bears are going to walk out of Washington with a win, it's highly likely that Caleb will have to get it done through the air and has displayed obvious favoritism with Odunze.
Taking Care of Business
- Leg 1: Washington -5.5
- Leg 2: Jacory Croskey-Merritt Anytime TD
- Leg 3: Jayden Daniels Anytime TD
- Leg 4: Jayden Daniels 200+ Passing Yards
📊 Parlay Odds: +740 (via FanDuel) ⭐
After going to the NFC Championship game last season, Washington must feel that this is a must-win game to get to 4-2 and stay in the 'contenders' conversation. If the Commanders want to take care of business tonight in front of their home crowd, they'll likely do so in the most efficient way. Jayden Daniels won't be able to rely on Terry McLaurin tonight, but that shouldn't be too much of an issue. They'll likely rely on the ground game and, despite his recent knee injury, Daniels may get loose for a goal-line touchdown.
Keeping It Close
- Leg 1: Bears +5.5
- Leg 2: Under 49.5
- Leg 3: Jacory Croskey-Merritt Anytime TD
- Leg 4: Deebo Samuel Anytime TD
- Leg 5: Rome Odunze Anytime TD
📊 Parlay Odds: +10000 (via DraftKings) ⭐
This game could be a back-and-forth battle, as it was last year, when Jayden Daniels hucked his famous Hail Mary that drove him into immediate stardom. With McLaurin out, Daniels will have to use a lot of Deebo Samuel, who has 162 yards and two touchdowns over the last two games. If you're feeling squeamish about the Bears spread, you can play it safe and take the Commanders ML, reducing the odds from +10000 to +4700.
