Happy Tuesday! Welcome back to my best MLB bets for August 11. We’ve got a full slate on deck, and I’m rolling with two pitching props plus a home run pick today in a fun matchup. Now, let’s dive into my top MLB player props for today’s action!

Best MLB Bets Today: Player Props for August 11

Bryan Woo under 17.5 pitching outs at +108 on DraftKings Sportsbook is my top MLB bet today. The Seattle Mariners visit the New York Yankees at Yankee Stadium at 7:05 p.m. ET, and I’m happily taking plus money on Woo to record fewer than 18 outs.

Woo’s overall profile is solid. His advanced metrics are good, and he has shown he can dominate when everything is working. But the road version of Woo has been a completely different pitcher this season, and that is the guy we’re betting against in the Bronx.

At home in Seattle, Woo owns a 1.96 ERA and has limited opposing hitters to a .164 batting average across more than 60 innings. Away from T-Mobile Park, though, his ERA jumps all the way to 6.71, while opponents are hitting .300 against him. That is not a small difference.

The deeper numbers tell the same story. Woo’s xFIP rises by more than a run away from Seattle, his strikeout rate drops, and both his home run rate and fly-ball issues become far more concerning. Some of that is naturally tied to the ballpark, because T-Mobile Park is an absolute graveyard for hitters. But Yankee Stadium is a massive change of scenery, especially with temperatures expected to climb into the high 80s.

The Mariners had Monday off, so Woo comes in rested. That’s fine. I’m still not buying him to work six full innings in this environment against a Yankees lineup that can do damage, particularly with left-handed bats and the short porch in right field. Although the Yankees have been bad, Woo has been worse on the road. Give me Woo under 17.5 outs at plus money.

Best Bet: Bryan Woo Under 17.5 Pitching Outs DraftKings, +108

MLB Player Props Today: Nick Lodolo Under 4.5 Strikeouts

Next, I’m rolling with Nick Lodolo under 4.5 strikeouts at -123 on DraftKings as the Cincinnati Reds visit the Chicago White Sox at 7:40 p.m. ET.

This is a pure fade of where Lodolo is right now. He has dealt with blister issues throughout the season, and his numbers have fallen off a cliff. Last year, Lodolo had an elite chase rate and looked like a legitimate strikeout arm. However, it's been a disaster for him in 2026. The southpaw is not missing bats and is giving up much louder contact.

Sure, the White Sox strike out plenty. But I’m not convinced Lodolo is in a position to take full advantage of that matchup. He is coming off another injured-list stint and made just one rehab appearance before this start.

Lodolo threw 65 pitches at Triple-A and struck out four hitters. Asking him to jump back to the Major League level, build past that workload, and punch out at least five hitters feels like a tall order.

Best Bet: Nick Lodolo Under 4.5 Strikeouts DraftKings, -123

Home Run Picks Today: Ben Rice

Now for my MLB home run pick today. We’re sticking in the Bronx and taking Ben Rice to hit a home run at +298 on DraftKings.

Rice has become one of baseball’s elite power bats, and he gets the perfect opposing pitcher to target in Woo. Rice owns a .283 expected ISO against right-handed pitching this season, and he enters this matchup with 32 home runs. His Statcast profile is absurd: he ranks in at least the 88th percentile in average exit velocity, expected slugging percentage, barrel rate, and launch-angle sweet spot rate.

Woo’s road splits are the key again. He allows more contact away from Seattle, with a higher fly ball and home run-to-fly-ball rates.  Rice has 32 homers and counting, plus he gets the short porch as a little extra insurance.

Best Bet: Ben Rice to Hit a Home Run DraftKings, +298

Good luck, and let’s cash some MLB best bets today!
