It’s a full 15-game slate on the diamond to finish off your weekend Sunday, starting at 12:15 pm ET when the Nationals close a weekend set with the Marlins at LoanDepot Park. The schedule gives plenty of opportunities to find the best MLB bets today, including the top home run props. After looking over the slate, we’ve identified our favorite plays to bolster your bankroll. Without further ado, let’s get to the best options on the board for Sunday, May 10.

Best MLB Bets Today: Player Props for May 10

Cristopher Sanchez, Phillies Over 7.5 Strikeouts (+105, Fanatics)

Sanches has logged solid strikeout numbers this season and he should have opportunities here. In 48.1 innings spanning eight starts this season, Sanchez has 60 strikeouts. He has at least seven strikeouts in six of his eight outings this season. Current Colorado hitters have posted a .294 average in 51 at-bats against Sanchez. In addition, they have struck out eight times, which is a 15.7% strikeout rate. Sanchez also gives the Phillies distance, having thrown at least six innings in five of his eight starts. He’s gone at least five frames in every start. Colorado whiffs at the second-highest rate (9.78 per game) entering Saturday night. The Phillies just got 11 punchouts in their win Saturday. It’s safe to say Sanchez can ring them up after fanning 10 in eight innings against the Athletics. Take the over here.

Andy Pages, Dodgers Over 1.5 Total Bases (+160, Fanatics)

Pages is arguably one of the biggest surprises in the first six weeks of the season. He comes into this one sporting a .333 average with eight doubles, nine homers, 35 RBI and six steals on the year. Pages has 14 hits over his last 10 games, recording at least one knock in nine of them. That includes eight hits in his last four games. He has 27 total bases in his last 10 games and exceeded this prop four times in that span. He beat this number in three of his last four, including Saturday as he homered and singled. Pages is one of five in his career against Bryce Elder, though the lone hit was a homer. He picks up at least two bags here.

Nick Kurtz, Athletics Over 1.5 Total Bases (+105, Fanatics)

Kurtz is raking of late for the Athletics and looks to keep it going here. He had two hits Saturday, giving him 14 hits in his last 10 games. He has five multi-hit games in that span as he’s clicking after a slow  start. That included Saturday, where he cracked a pair of doubles in the Athletics’ 6-2 win. For the year, Kurtz is hitting .264 with seven doubles, a triple and five homers entering Sunday. He’s gone over this prop in six of his last 10 games, racking up 20 total bases in that span. Kurtz is hot and one swing can cash this one. Look for that to happen.

Home Run Picks Today:

Yordan Alvarez, Astros (BetMGM, +255)

Alvarez has a solid power bat and he gets a crack at a good hitters’ park in the Great American Ball Park. For the year, he has a .327 average, 10 doubles, 13 homers and 29 RBI on the year. That included a home run in the series opener Friday night and a RBI double in Saturday’s loss. Alvarez hasn’t faced Andrew Abbott in his career. Abbott has struggled this season, going 1-2 with a 5.13 ERA over 40.1 innings in eight starts. His numbers are worse at the Great American Ball Park this season. Abbott is 1-2 with a 6.57 ERA while allowing five homers in 24.2 innings in five starts at home this year. Alvarez can turn on one and deposit in the seats.

Bryce Harper, Phillies (+360, Fanatics)

Philadelphia’s bats are warming up after a slow start. The Phillies scored at least six runs in seven of their last 10 games entering Sunday. Harper has three homers and 22 total bases to his credit in that span. He has five homers in 80 at-bats at Citizens Bank Park on the year while hitting .275 entering Sunday. Harper was zero for three with two whiffs in his first appearance against Tomoyuki Sugano, which came at Coors Field April 5. That gave him a chance to see what Sugano is about. Harper knows what to expect now and has a chance to take advantage here.
