Here's how it works. Simply wager at least $20 on an MLB parlay -- including same game parlays and SGP+ -- and you'll get either $10 or $25 back in bonus bets, based on the size of the wager. Customers betting at least $50 will get $25 back, while those betting between $20 and $49.99 will get $10.
