Want To Bet On The KSI Vs. Logan Paul Fight? You Can At Some US Sportsbooks
Celebrity boxing is usually more of a curiosity than a big draw, both for fans and sports bettors. Unless you put two YouTube sensations in the squared circle. KSI and Logan Paul will step in a boxing ring for a “professional” match on Saturday, in a bout sanctioned in California. And, perhaps shockingly, you can actually bet on the fight — legally — at least in New Jersey.
KSI vs. Logan Paul, at a glanceKSI and Logan Paul are not exactly household names, but they are big on the internet. In one corner is KSI, a rapper and YouTube personality with more than 20 million subscribers. In the other corner is Logan Paul, another YouTube giant with just under 20 million followers. The two first fought in 2018 in an amateur bout, and in the first go-round, they generated a million pay-per-view buys and interest around the world. Now they are back for another spectacle that is billed as a pro bout, despite the fact that it’s difficult to classify either as a pro. Still, it’s created a ton of buzz, even in mainstream media, and is a shot in the arm to boxing, which has been on the decline for years. They’ll even be fighting for the “YouTube Boxing Championship” which The Lines does not believe to be as important as other boxing belts.

However, because it is a sanctioned pro fight in California, some US online bookmakers are taking action. That is mostly in New Jersey, where regulators said they would allow action on the fight. The Lines is not sure how many sportsbooks in Nevada are or will take action on the fight.
