Pacheco Rushing Yards Prop

A bet I took early in the week was for Pacheco to go Under 57.5 rushing yards. That number is long-gone, but the number may still be too high (currently Over/Under / . The Chiefs are around a pick ’em, already hinting at a potential for some negative script for the Chiefs’ rushing offense. The Bengals looked stout against the run last week vs. the Bills and allowed the ninth-fewest yards per rush during the regular season.

Fellow RB Jerick McKinnon played the bulk of the snaps in last week’s playoff game, and I expect the same to happen here. Pacheco though has compiled 48.8 rushing yards per game this season, making me stay away from this over/under on Championship Sunday.

Pacheco Receiving Yards Prop

This line is too low among Isiah Pacheco props, even if we aren’t expecting a ton of receiving volume from the rookie here. Pacheco ran 11 routes in a win last week, resulting in one catch for six yards. In his last six regular season games, Pacheco averaged 19.5 receiving yards per game, more than triple his receiving line for Sunday. I will be betting this Over.

Pacheco Anytime Touchdown Odds

The Chiefs have an implied team total of 23.5 points, meaning oddsmakers expect them to score at least three touchdowns. With Mahomes playing on a bum ankle, don’t expect the Chiefs QB to pose any threat of a rushing score. The problem for Pacheco’s chances of an Anytime TD is the Chiefs’ reluctance to use Pacheco in the red zone. Head Coach Andy Reid favors using Jerick McKinnon in scoring position.
