Redeem rewards at retail locations
At present, FOX Bet rewards are only redeemable via the website or mobile app.
In New Jersey, FOX Bet has hitched its wagon to Resorts Casino in Atlantic City.
In Pennsylvania, FOX Bet is partners with Mount Airy Casino. We’ll see if there are any crossover redemption opportunities in the future.
In Colorado, FOX Bet partnered with Eldorado which owns in-state casinos Isle Black Hawk and Lady Luck.
In Michigan, FOX Bet is allied with the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians Gaming Authority, which owns the Odawa Casino in Petoskey.
One other note is that in New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and Michigan, FOX Bet customers can also play at PokerStars and PokerStars Casino via a single account.
Is FOX Bet legal and safe?
Yes, in states in which FOX Bet is up and running, it’s legal to play and the site is safe. FOX Sports is a prominent brand. As such, the company has only made its move into the legal sports betting world since legalization became more clear cut in specific markets.
Here’s a summary of where FOX Bet stands in the following states:
Launched
- New Jersey sportsbook: FOX Bet is up and running in the Garden State via a partnership with Resorts Casino in Atlantic City.
- Pennsylvania sportsbook: The company is partners with Mount Airy Casino in Mount Pocono and has launched its sports betting platform in the Keystone State.
- Colorado sportsbook: FoxBet launched in May 2020, in partnership with Isle Black Hawk and Lady Luck casinos (owned by Eldorado).
- Michigan sportsbook: A deal with the Little Traverse Bay Bands of Odawa Indians Gaming Authority paved the way for Fox Bet’s launch in January 2021.
Still to come
- Iowa sportsbook: There aren’t any plans for an Iowa launch, but FOX Bet can gain access to the market due to the partnership between Flutter and Eldorado Resorts.
- Indiana sportsbook: The same applies to Indiana so, not yet, but FOX Bet could gain a foothold in the future.
- West Virginia sportsbook: Flutter and Eldorado have agreements here as well, but no WV plans have been announced as of yet.
- Virginia sportsbook: We expect to see FOXBet in Virginia, but when or if that that happens is unknown.
While FOX Bet is only available in a handful of states for now, there are much bigger plans in store. The app is featured prominently on FOX Sports programming, and the future calls for it to be unveiled in additional states as soon as possible.
FOX Bet Sportsbook: Create a new account
Creating an account on FOX Bet is quick and easy.
After you click on our exclusive links, you’ll be redirected to a new page. Look for a big blue button labeled “Join” in the upper right to begin the process.
After clicking on that, you’ll see a pop-up message that asks you to enter an email address, choose a username, and create a password. Once that’s all set, click “Continue.”
Next, you’ll need to check off some boxes.
Checking these boxes off indicates that you are 21 years or older, accept the terms and conditions, and understand the company’s privacy policy.
You can also opt-in for promotional emails, which is worthwhile as FOX Bet sends out some solid offers.
Once you have completed this step, it’s time for you to add individual information, which includes your name, address, date of birth, and telephone number. The site will also ask for the last four digits of your Social Security number for verification purposes.
FOX Bet needs to make sure you are who you say you are, and you’re in a state in which the website and app are available to use. Entering your Social Security number helps with the former, while the company uses geolocation software to verify the latter.
That’s the last step you’ll need to complete. You’ll quickly receive a verification email to confirm that all is good to go. You can click on the link in that email, login, and check out all that FOX Bet has to offer.
FOX Bet Sportsbook software
While having an excellent brand and partnering with a gambling giant is excellent and all, FOX Bet can’t rely on that alone.
Users looking to wager online or via mobile devices know what they’re looking for, and it’s not an experience that is frustrating or annoying.
Thankfully, that’s not the case with FOX Bet.
Here’s what we found during our test of the mobile app and desktop versions.
FOX Bet app review
We came away pleased with FOX Bet’s mobile and web-based experience.
Here are the details on the mobile offering:
- Availability: FOX Bet has a mobile app available for both iOS and Android users, which you can find in the Apple App Store and the FOX Bet website.
- Speed: The app is quick and responsive without any noticeable lag time.
- Overall Performance: FOX Bet performs well on mobile. Navigation is easy, and we didn’t find any bugs or glitches while clicking and swiping around.
- Markets: All of the betting markets you will find on the web-based platform are available on mobile.
- Live Betting: FOX Bet offers in-game betting and a dedicated link to check out current offerings.
- Bet Slip: The bet slip functions well on mobile. You can add and delete selections quickly, and you can minimize and restore the slip itself without it disappearing.
- General Layout: It’s clean. FOX Bet makes it easy to find what you’re looking for, and there isn’t any distracting clutter clogging the screen.
- Cashier: The cashier function works well on mobile. Depositing and withdrawing is a quick process that functions just as well as on the desktop version.
FOX Bet browser/desktop review
In partnership with The Stars Group, FOX Bet has come to market with a slick website that’s easy to use.
While this is essentially a rebrand of the BetStars platform, the two companies have also kicked it up a notch for the new offering.
Once you visit the main site, you’ll enter your log-in information in the upper right. Up top, you’ll find clickable links for all of the main sports. Clicking on one of them will populate the lobby with upcoming games.
There’s an expandable menu labeled “All,” which allows you to see all of the sports offered on FOX Bet.
Right below the sports links is a rotating banner of promotions. If you scroll down, you’ll see that there are current bet boost opportunities, which is an area in which FOX Bet seems to be going the extra mile.
Below you’ll find a section for “Custom Bet.” If you’re looking for a bet that isn’t on the platform, you can send a tweet to @FOXBet, and they’ll look into it. The next section of the screen is where you’ll find upcoming events and a tab for in-game wagering opportunities.
In the center, FOX Bet dedicates sections for “As Seen on FOX” with clickable links, as well as trending bets. The far right of the screen is for the bet slip, which will appear as you begin adding games.
Down below, you’ll find clickable links for help and FAQ, as well as several substantial education sections for those new to sports betting. In short, FOX Bet has entered the sports betting fray with a solid platform that’s easy on the eyes and simple to use.
FOX Bet overall user experience
We found the FOX Bet platform to be user-friendly on both the desktop and mobile versions.
Naturally, users of various experience levels will have differing expectations. Here’s how FOX Bet can benefit users in the two largest groups.
How does FOX Bet benefit casual bettors?
Those who are new to sports betting or only wager occasionally will find a lot to like on FOX Bet.
The platform is easy to use and not the slightest bit intimidating, and it comes from a recognizable brand to boot. Navigation is clear, and help options are easy to find.
As an added bonus, FOX Bet offers a dedicated education section for each of the major sports.
How does FOX Bet benefit experienced bettors?
The requirements are different for experienced bettors.
They know what they want, and will bypass operators who don’t meet those needs quickly.
FOX Bet is worthy of checking out. While it’s a new offering, it has the backing of gambling giant The Stars Group. That being the case, experienced bettors should expect a solid platform, plenty of choices, and efficient markets. They’ll find all of those on FOX Bet.
What’s not available at Fox Bet Sportsbook
From a distance, FOX Bet appears geared towards the casual fan. However, there’s also plenty for experienced bettors to get excited about. There’s a solid range of betting markets, all of the bet types you need, and a great assortment of ongoing promotions.
What is or isn’t available in a specific market can vary based on state regulations. Here’s how that impacts FOX Bet in the states in which it’s currently available.
- FoxBet NJ: No wagering on NJ-based college teams or on collegiate events that take place in the Garden State.
- FoxBet PA: No betting on amateur drafts – NFL, NBA, etc. or eSports.
- FoxBet CO: Prop betting on college sports prohibited, no wagering on high school or eSports.
- FoxBet MI: No wagering on high school sports.
- FoxBet TN: No live betting on college sports.
- FoxBet VA: No wagering on VA-based college teams or collegiate events taking place in Virginia.
FOX Bet betting options
You’ll find all of the standard betting options on FOX Bet.
Totals, spreads, moneylines, parlays, futures, and props are all in the mix, just like at any other reputable sportsbook. There’s also in-game wagering available, and you can find the latest offerings via a dedicated link.
Also, FOX Bet has all of the bases covered when it comes to sports offerings. All of the major sports are here, as well as several which fall into the niche category.
Here’s a list of what you’ll find at FOX Bet:
- Baseball
- Basketball
- Boxing
- Cricket
- Cycling
- Darts
- Football
- Golf
- Hockey
- Motorsports
- Rugby Union
- Soccer
- Tennis
- UFC
Each sport is a clickable link, either via the top banner in the main window or on the expandable menu of offerings. At the bottom of the main screen, FOX Bet has a section that covers all the ins and outs of betting.
Bottom line: You’ll have no trouble finding all of the bets and markets you would expect to see on a major sportsbook.
What’s not available at FOX Bet
FOX Bet has everything.
While there may be operators out there that offer markets on more obscure sports or bet types that have yet to gain traction, this site is on point when it comes to standard market offerings.
FOX Bet odds boost
Odds boosts is an area in which FOX Bet has put a great deal of focus.
In the main lobby, there’s a dedicated section labeled “Bet Boost,” which outlines some of the current offerings.
During our test, we found a boost that revolved around three NBA teams pulling out a win, as well as some which revolved around NFL player performance and a team win.
Also, FOX Bet has a regular series of odds boosts that associate with personalities on the FOX Sports network. You can find these on the dedicated promotions tab in the main lobby.
Here are FOX Bet’s odds boosts offerings:
- Rachel’s Double Up Bet Boost
- The Wright Bet Boost
- Custom Sal’s Money Back Special
- Lock It In Bet Boost
- Colin Cowherd’s Marquee 3 Bet Boost
- Clay Travis Blood Bank Bet Boost
- Colin Cowherd’s Blazin’ 5 Super Boost
- Charissa Thompson’s Custom Bet Boost
In addition to the full range of continuing promotions and daily offerings, the site and app also offer a “Custom Bet” section.
In a nutshell, users who are interested in a specific bet that’s not available can then tweet a suggestion to @FOXBet. The company will review it quickly and either grant or pass on the wager.
FOX Bet pricing
Features and bonuses are great to have, but for a sportsbook to have staying power, they must be in tune with what the betting market will support. Odds that are seriously out of whack will stick out badly in today’s environment.
In our test, that doesn’t seem to be an issue at FOX Bet.
Remember, the site and app were created in partnership with The Stars Group, a gambling giant that knows all about the importance of efficient pricing.
For our test, we put FOX Bet through the paces on several various sports. It was in tune with the general marketplace on an overall basis. On spreads and totals, we found numbers that were in line with the consensus, for the most part, with a half-point variance here and there.
On pricing, FOX Bet sticks to the standard -110 for spreads and totals with the occasional variance depending on market action.
For moneyline odds, FOX Bet was right on point in many cases, better in some, and slightly off on others.
Moneyline odds can vary slightly depending on market action at the operator in question, so we didn’t see anything that was out of whack.
For example, here were the average moneyline odds at major operators for a 2019 NFL game:
- Atlanta Falcons +200
- Carolina Panthers -240
Here’s what FOX Bet had to offer for the same game:
- Atlanta Falcons +188
- Carolina Panthers -225
As you can see, you may be able to find better odds on the underdog elsewhere, but FOX Bet has others beat for pricing on the favorite.
All told, FOX Bet seems to be on top of the market.
<h2How to deposit and cash out your winnings
FOX Bet offers several ways to add and withdraw funds from your account. From standard options to e-wallet providers and everything in between, you should be able to find an option that works best for your situation.
Here are the funding options you’ll find on FOX Bet:

Naturally, not all methods are available for both functions.
For example, you can deposit using Visa or Mastercard, but you’ll need to choose another option for withdrawal. If you deposit via PayPal or Skrill, you can withdraw the same way.
Other options, such as instant e-checks and PayNearMe, further help to cover all of the bases. Adding money and taking it out shouldn’t be a pain in the neck at a legal, reputable sportsbook operator.
FOXBet cash at cage options
For now, options are limited for cash at the cage with FOX Bet. Here’s where things currently stand in available markets.
- FOXBet in New Jersey: Cash at cage is available at Resorts Casino Hotel, 1133 Boardwalk
Atlantic City, NJ 08401. - FOXBet in Pennsylvania: Cash at cage is available at Mount Airy Casino, 312 Woodland Rd., Mount Pocono, PA 18344.

How to contact customer support
If you need assistance at an online or mobile sportsbook, you shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to get it.
The legal sports betting environment is super competitive, so operators that go the extra mile on help and support will become apparent as time moves along.
For FOX Bet, there’s room to improve.
While there’s a help section that’s chock full of information, clicking through for support brings up just an email option. Many other operators offer additional options, such as live chat and telephone support.
FOX Bet is a new sportsbook offering, but this isn’t the first rodeo for The Stars Group. There’s room for improvement here. The site and app impress in several ways, but the lack of support options is a disappointment.
FOX Bet and sponsorships
If you’ve tuned into any Fox Sports programming since the platform debuted, then there’s a really good chance you’ve heard a thing or two about FOX Bet. That’s some massive reach right there, but FOX Bet is also working towards being front and center in local markets as well. To that end, the company has recently completed sponsorship deals with the following:
As with many other sports betting ventures, FOX Bet has big plans on expanding its market share in the coming months and years. Once that happens, we can expect to see even more sponsorship deals in place with teams in local markets.
History of FOX Bet
In May, a partnership was announced between FOX Sports and The Stars Group. The deal called for the companies to join forces and create sports betting platforms for the legal US market.
It was a landmark deal, as FOX Sports became the first major US-based broadcaster to officially throw its hat into the newly legal sports betting environment. The collaboration has since led to the introduction of FOX Sports Super 6, a free-to-play game, which FOX Sports programming advertises heavily.
The companies didn’t get together solely to create free games. FOX Bet has made its debut in the NJ, PA, CO, and MI markets, in partnership with Resorts Casino Atlantic City, Mount Airy Casino, Eldorado, and the Odawa Casino, respectively.
FOX and Stars have plans to enter additional markets across the US as well.
In October, The Stars Group reached a deal to be acquired by Flutter Entertainment. The agreement with FOX remains in place, and the broadcast giant has the option to expand its stake in future years further.
FOX Bet has gained a good deal of traction in a short period of time.
The FOX Sports Super 6 game is creating some buzz as well, and a pipeline of new users as additional states legalize online sports betting.
The future may be very bright for FOX Bet.
