No Sweat Bet Promo Open To All Customers On FanDuel

The FanDuel Preakness promo gives bettors a chance to get FanDuel racing credit in the event their first single-horse win bet loses.

Here’s how it works. Simply log into your FanDuel account — select states have integrated wallets with the sportsbook — and place your first single-horse win bet. Exotics like exacts and trifectas won’t qualify for this Preakness promo.

If the horse wins, great. You keep the winnings as normal. If the horse loses, FanDuel will refund your account up to $20 with a racing bonus. Keep in mind that the bonus must be used on a horse race and expires June 12.

Betting The Preakness

The 2023 Preakness Stakes will feature a small field down to just seven horses after a Friday morning scratch from First Mission. That leaves the way clear as it could be for Kentucky Derby winner Mage to crush this weaker field. First Mission was among the top contenders to dethrone Mage.

Current odds give Mage a better than 50/50 chance to take the Preakness. However, keep in mind that due to parimutuel betting rules, odds will continue shifting until Saturday’s 7:01 p.m. post time.

For a more thorough statistical look at the field, take a look at the Brisnet Speed Ratings and Beyer Speed Figures for each horse. Here’s a look at the full group:
