How FanDuel North Carolina Bonuses Work

Taking advantage of the pre-live offer means scoring $100 in bonus bets. The regular sign-up offer can pile onto that as well. Simply make your first deposit and then place a $5 bet when FanDuel North Carolina goes live. That will net another $200 in bonus bets for $300 total.

Keep in mind that bonus bets at sports betting sites don’t function in the same way as cash. Once you’ve made a wager and allocated the requisite bonus bets (FanDuel bonus bets can be split up among multiple wagers), wait to see if you won. If you did, then you’ll receive only the winnings from the bet, not the bonus bets used for the stake.

For example, let’s say you make a wager on Wake Forest odds against Virginia Tech, using spread betting. The bet risks $55 to win $50.

When using cash, if Wake Forest covers, you’ll win $105 — $50 in winnings plus your original stake. When using bonus bets, if Wake Forest covers, you’ll win $50. You don’t get to keep the stake, only the winnings.

Wake Forest Odds

Coming off a recent big game against Duke, the Demon Deacons still have work to do to secure an NCAA tournament berth. At 18-10 as of late February, they’re squarely on the bubble for March Madness odds. Current projections from ESPN have them as one of the last eight team in the tournament.

Beating Virginia Tech, a team ranked in the top 60 of KenPom’s efficiency ratings, would certainly help the cause.

Failing that, Wake Forest will be looking for a decent run in the ACC tournament. Beating a ranked foe like Duke or North Carolina would go a long way toward helping Wake Forest odds to reach the tournament and then win.
