For this first of our ESPNBET Thanksgiving Day offerings, ESPNBET has unleashed a special market with a wide variety of wagers. This market ranges from 35+ points scored in each game at -130, to longshot plays such as 2+ games to go to overtime at a juicy price of +5000.

3+ field goals scored in each game is an intriguing one, though. Dallas Thanksgiving games have produced five or more field goals in three of the last four seasons, the lone one that went under being last year’s game against the Raiders, which produced two. In the first six weeks of the season, Dallas was putrid in the redzone, ranking 26th in redzone touchdown percentage.

Most Passing Yards

Dak Prescott(+240)
Sam Howell(+375)
Jared Goff(+400)
Brock Purdy(+450)
Geno Smith(+550)
Jordan Love(+700)

While Prescott makes a lot of sense as the favorite for this, Sam Howell is appealing, considering the point spread indicates he’s the quarterback most likely to be trailing. Meanwhile, Jared Goff and the Lions slot in as 7.5-point favorites for their game and face a defense that ranks 22nd in rush EPA on the season. That, coupled with Goff’s turnover woes last week against the Bears, could force Detroit to lean on the ground game on turkey day.

Highest Scoring Game

WSH Commanders @ DAL Cowboys(+135)
GB Packers @ DET Lions(+170)
SF 49ers @ SEA Seahawks(+280)

Although the Over/Under for each of these games has the Commanders vs. Cowboys the most likely to see the highest scoring, there may be value here in the Packers vs. Lions at +170. The Packers’ defense ranks 15th in explosive rate this year, so we could see some big gainers from the Detroit offense. Additionally, Detroit’s defense ranks 31st in Dropback EPA the past two weeks, leaving me optimistic that Jordan Love could have success moving the ball vertically in the opening game.

Highest Scoring Team

DAL Cowboys(+180)
DET Lions(+270)
SF 49ers(+400)
GB Packers(+900)
WSH Commanders(+1000)
SEA Seahawks(+1100)

The Cowboys are rightfully the favorite here, given how explosive their offense has been of late and the weak secondary that the Commanders possess. However, the value for the 49ers at the juicy price of +400 is quite enticing. Remember that the 49ers put up 41 points on the Seahawks’ defense in the Wildcard round in the postseason last year. Deebo Samuel popped off for a 74-yard touchdown in the 4th quarter of the game. Even with Devon Witherspoon added to the Seattle secondary, San Fransisco possesses enough explosive playmakers to post a big number on Thanksgiving.

Lowest Scoring Game

SF 49ers @ SEA Seahawks(+120)
GB Packers @ DET Lions(+210)
WSH Commanders @ DAL Cowboys(+260)

The 49ers @ Seahawks game makes a lot of sense being the favorite if Drew Lock is in at quarterback for Seattle. Trusting him to move the ball consistently against a stout San Fransisco defense seems like a tall ask. The Washington vs. Dallas game provides a lot of intrigue to me in this market, given the Cowboys’ early-season redzone struggles. The long odds of +260 are certainly worth a look. A case could be made that the Packers vs. Lions game is the obvious choice. Jordan Love’s struggles this season are well noted, and they won’t have running back Aaron Jones in this game. They also rank 27th in redzone offense on the season, and Anders Carlson has missed a field goal in two of his last three games.

Lowest Scoring Team

SEA Seahawks(+250)
WSH Commanders(+270)
GB Packers(+300)
SF 49ers(+700)
DET Lions(+900)
DAL Cowboys(+1300)

The underdogs make the most sense here, but Sam Howell’s ability to sling it downfield makes them a tad uninteresting for this special. Seattle makes the most sense, even though they’re the favorite here. They’ve scored a measly 14.3 points against the San Fransisco defense in their last three matchups. Furthermore, the injury report was not favorable for the Seahawks as WR DK Metcalf and RB Kenneth Walker III did not participate on Tuesday. Even if they suit up, they may be hindered slightly by their injuries. Best of luck betting on these ESPNBET Thanksgiving Day offerings!
