Same game parlays are quickly rising in popularity among US sports bettors. The Super Bowl offers the most comprehensive options and props for building a SGP. However, before you go firing off a 15-leg lottery ticket, let’s go over some strategy to help you build a winning SGP. Below, we’ll look at same game parlay strategy options for the Philadelphia Eagles in Super Bowl 57 against the Kansas City Chiefs.

Same Game Parlay Strategy
Before we get into the team-specific approach, let’s talk same game parlays in general. Choosing correlated legs greatly increases the chances of your parlay cashing. Look for legs that mathematically increase the likelihood of the other legs happening.
For example, pairing the Eagles with the Chiefs under 24.5 team points is a sound and correlated strategy. This season, the Chiefs are 13-0 when scoring more than 24 points and the Eagles are the fifth-ranked team in points per play allowed. The most direct route to an Eagles win, unsurprisingly, is holding the Chiefs to 24 or fewer points.
That comes out to +134 at FanDuel Sportsbook, far from a dreamy 1,200-1 longshot. While strongly-correlated legs won’t punch your ticket to a riverside mansion in Malibu instantly, they’re a much more sound way to win bets longterm.
Compare that to taking the Eagles and over the Chiefs’ team total and you get a gaudy +587. However, those legs directly conflict and have a much lower implied win rate.

Eagles Super Bowl SGP Options
In recent Eagles victories, multiple backs got in on the action. Philly showed a propensity to dominate teams on the ground en route to lopsided wins. If you fall on the side that the Eagles will win this game– perhaps even handily– diving into some rushing numbers is a good place to start.
Sportsbooks offer alt spreads, which can be used to great effect. Keep in mind key NFL betting figures of -3 and -7, as butting up against those figures gives you a good gauge of where to stop. FanDuel offers the Eagles -6.5 (+190), which bumps right up against -7. If you’re not feeling quite as confident, -2.5 (-106) is on the table.
In 31 of 56 Super Bowls thus far, quarterback wins the Super Bowl MVP award. In the vast majority of years, it goes to the winning QB. While Super Bowl MVP isn’t an offered leg for SGPs, you can base your legs around Jalen Hurts’ performance. Hurts has been held without a rushing score in just six games this year and his anytime touchdown prop is offered at +105 on FanDuel. With a championship on the line, Nick Sirianni is almost certainly going to go to his QB in the red zone for a score.
Recall the “multiple backs” part of this section. Both Kenneth Gainwell and Boston Scott have been contributors on the ground during the playoffs. Gainwell is the primary backup and has 26 rushing attempts in the Eagles’ last two games. He’s involved early on, so there’s no need to pray for a blowout for him to get work. I’m looking to capitalize on a favorable rushing yards prop here.
The three legs at FanDuel Sportsbook come out to +605:
- Eagles alt. -6.5 (+190)
- Jalen Hurts anytime touchdown (+105)
- Kenneth Gainwell over 18.5 rushing yards (-114)
