We've ranked these bonus codes for Duke odds near the bottom of this article.

Duke basketball odds vs. NC State

Duke Odds: ACC Tournament Preview

Only Duke is considered a contender among ACC tournament odds, but the betting markets for this game are still alluring. The Blue Devils are favorite, and the Wolfpack are a sizeable on the moneyline. Meanwhile, the total is .

Will Blue Devils Cover?

Although Duke took down NC State in the latest edition of their Tobacco Road Rivalry on March 4, their rematch may have a different tune to it. The Wolfpack are coming off their best performance of the season in an 18-point shellacking of Syracuse, holding the Orange to 0.92 points per possession (PPP). More importantly, NC State guard DJ Horne returned from a hip injury, compiling 16 second-half points in 19 minutes off the bench.

The Blue Devils held him to just eight points in their lone regular-season meeting. They also manufactured a hyer-efficient 1.34 PPP in that victory. Much of their success came via second-chance points (22) and points off turnovers (20).

Nevertheless, NC State could very well hang within this double-digit spread if it generates enough fast-break opportunities. The Wolfpack rank in the 93rd percentile of percentage of points in transition. While Duke has mostly held its opponents in check in that regard, it's been exposed against superior competition.

Arch-rival UNC was the latest example on Saturday, generating 19 fast-break points at Cameron Indoor Stadium. If Duke's defense is rusty in its first ACC tournament matchup, NC State could replicate that.

Predictions For Duke Odds

My raw numbers make this line closer to Duke -8.5, meaning the Wolfpack bettors should have an edge. Similarly, our partner Haslametric has forecasted a final score of 79.5-70.7, favoring NC State over Duke (spread) odds.
