How to claim the DraftKings NY bonus

Getting started at DraftKings NY takes just a few minutes. Have banking and personal information ready for the sign-up process. The site will look to verify age (it’s 21 to play) and download geolocation software to ensure players are in states where DraftKings can operate. New players can use the mobile DraftKings app or browser-based site to establish an account.

Already have DK for DFS? Most of the work is already done. Players should be able to use existing login credentials to get started on the sportsbook site. Once created, the accounts should link and any money earned on DFS can be wagered, and vice versa. It’s a great way for players who like DFS to try out other options.

Whether adding a DFS account or starting a completely new one, all players must deposit at least $5 to qualify for the start-up offer. During the sign-up process and whenever adding funds to an account, we strongly encourage players to use a private, secure network. Transmitting sensitive data on a password-protected connection, like a home network, is the best way to prevent any compromising of that information. If mobile wagering is available in a state, we also encourage everyone to download the DraftKings NY sportsbook app and play wherever desired, including other states where the service is available.

Once established, make the first bet on the account a $5 pre-game moneyline wager on any of the divisional round participants. Should that team win, the account will be credited $280 in free bets, in $40 intervals. Those credits must be played within seven days of receipt or they will expire at DraftKings NY. The bets made with the credits cannot be cashed out, nor can the credits be transferred. However, any winnings from these free bets can be immediately withdrawn.

Divisional Round Preview

Super Wild Card Weekend is in the books and depending upon rooting interests, it was a good tune-up or your team got exposed and has to reconsider everything. Hey, we even got a playoff game on a Monday night.

Now we get to “the best weekend of the year,” the Divisional Round. Eight teams will play to advance to respective conference championships. Tennessee and Green Bay advanced through the bye weeks and will host games, along with Tampa Bay and Kansas City. Check out the odds below and click to bet now.

Cincinnati at Tennessee

This will be the first meeting between the two teams this year. The Titans won four of their last five to clinch the top seed, while the Bengals won at home in the Wild Card round for their first postseason win in over 30 years.

Joe Burrow had the best outing of postseason debutantes last weekend, even if helped by the officiating. He’ll face a Titans defense that finished sixth in the NFL in points allowed. While Ryan Tannenhill and the offense rested, Cincy suffered multiple injuries on the defensive line and will have some questions entering the divisional round. Might be a good time for Derrick Henry to come back from his injury.

Oh that last game the Bengals won in the postseason in 1991? Yeah that was against their former division rivals, the Houston Oilers, who became the Titans. Good kickoff to the weekend.

San Francisco at Green Bay

The other top seed gets a Saturday night game at home on the Frozen Tundra. The 49ers survived the Wild Card round in Dallas with a 23-17 win.

These two teams met in Week 3 in a thrilling game in Santa Clara. Aaron Rodgers and the Packers were up 17-0 in the second quarter before San Fran came alive and even took a 28-27 lead with 37 seconds to go. Of course, that’s too long to give Rodgers, who marched 42 yards to set up the game-winning field goal.

Will we see more high drama in primetime? Rodgers has lost all three playoff starts against the Niners, including the conference championship game that sent SF to Super Bowl LIV. With a win, the Packers would tie the Patriots for most franchise postseason wins in league history.

LA Rams at Tampa Bay

Both the Rams and Bucs won via blowouts this past weekend to make it to this stage. Tom Brady was masterful against the Eagles, completing 29 of 37 passes for 271 yards and 2 TDs. But the competition is about to get much tougher against a formidable Los Angeles defense.

This is a rematch from the regular season, as Matthew Stafford and friends toppled Brady and the Bucs, 34-24, back in late September.

Buffalo at Kansas City

These two teams are quite familiar with one another as the Bills triumphed over the Chiefs, 38-20, back in Week 5 of this season, and Kansas City emerged victorious over Buffalo, 38-24, in last year’s AFC title game.

Bills quarterback Josh Allen looked like the best signal-caller in the world last week against the Patriots as he tossed a whopping 5 TD passes. Chiefs QB Patrick Mahomes was similarly impressive, throwing 5 TD passes of his own in a win over Pittsburgh.
