Kansas City Chiefs Among Super Bowl Favorites Again

The Kansas City Chiefs are among the favorites in the NFL again to win the Super Bowl as the preseason begins and the regular season approaches. Super Bowl 57 odds across sportsbooks have Patrick Mahomes, Andy Reid and Co. as the third choice between +900 and +1100, behind the Buffalo Bills and Tampa Bay Buccaneers.

The Chiefs are +155 to +175 to win the loaded AFC West, favored over the Chargers, Broncos and Raiders in that order. Mahomes is also the third choice in NFL MVP odds at +900, behind Josh Allen and Tom Brady.
