My Caesars Bet: WM Winner’s RD 4 Score (+4.5) > Kelce Receiving Yards (-115)
In 2023, Scottie Scheffler won the WM Phoenix Open with a final round 65 (6-under par). The low round of the day on Sunday was an 8-under 63 by Beau Hossler. Conventional wisdom would say you need to shoot one of the best rounds of the day to win a PGA TOUR event, but that’s not always the case in the final round. We’ve seen plenty of instances where a player is lights out over the first three rounds and can coast to a victory by simply shooting even-par in the final round.
Realistically, I would expect the winner to need to shoot something in the 65-to-69 range. This prop tacks on a +4.5 handicap, meaning Travis Kelce needs to go over 69.5-73.5 receiving yards to win this matchup.
Kelce’s consensus receiving yard prop is currently listed around 71 yards, so even odds are a fair handicap. For me, I expect the 49ers to shadow Kelce and force the rest of Kansas City’s offense to beat them, so I am already leaning toward the under for KC’s tight end. I’m also more open-minded to a WM Phoenix Open winner not needing to go too far under par to win, so the WM side is where the value is for me.

My DraftKings Bet: Scheffler Rd 4 Birdies > Total Touchdowns Scored (+190)
With an Over/Under of around 48 and a 2-point spread, the implied point total for the Super Bowl is 25-23. That implies an estimated 5-6 total touchdowns.
Scottie Scheffler is one of the leaders on the PGA TOUR, averaging 5.1 birdies per round over his last ten starts. If Scheffler has an average round by his standards, this prop is close to a push, which really draws me to the value on his +190 odds here. Moreover, Scheffler has dominated this course, winning the WM Phoenix Open for the last two years. In 2023, Scheffler made five birdies in his final round. In 2022, however, he made a whopping eight birdies en route to victory.
With two elite defenses squaring off in Las Vegas, I like Scheffler’s chances if he can get to at least six birdies on Sunday.
