College Football Picks and Parlays for Week 5: The Big Boys Shine

There's a full NCAAF schedule on Saturday, so let’s jump right into our top college football picks and parlays for Week 5.
College Football Picks and Parlays
College Football Parlay #1 – Gators Go Big
Florida is 4-0 and is coming off its most impressive win of the season: a 52-28 win over fourth-ranked Ole Miss. Missouri fell from the unbeaten ranks in their last game, losing 31-24 to 24th-ranked Mississippi State.
DraftKings Sportsbook has Florida as a 5.5-point favorite with the total (Over/Under) set at 57.5.
- Florida to win and cover – Florida is coming off a huge win over a top-5 team and has a dynamic offense that ranks second in the nation, averaging 53.5 points per game. It has too much firepower, especially in the backfield with running backs Jadan Baugh and Duke Clark combining for 859 rushing yards, for the Tigers to handle. The Gators have covered the spread in all of their games and will do so again this Saturday against Mizzou.
- Over 57.5 points – The Over is not a tough call, as Florida is averaging 53.5 ppg and will face a Missouri team that gave up 499 total yards in its last game. The Gators have gone Over in their last two games, with totals of 80 and 83 points, respectively.
The odds for this parlay are +264, so a $100 bet would pay $364, for a $264 profit.
NCAAF parlay: Florida to win and cover, and Over 57.5 points – (+264, DraftKings)

A couple of SEC powerhouses are in action this Saturday, with No. 4 Georgia hosting Vanderbilt and No. 16 Mississippi State hosting seventh-ranked Alabama.
FanDuel Sportsbook has Georgia as a 24.5-point favorite and Alabama as a 5.5-point favorite.
- Georgia to win – Georgia is 4-0 straight up and 4-0 ATS, and it has covered three spreads of 24.5 points or more. The Bulldogs are the nation's highest-scoring team (54.8 ppg), and their defense is solid as well, tied for 18th, at 13.3 ppg allowed. They will run up the score in this one, facing a 3-1 Vandy team coming off their first loss, scoring only 15 points against an unranked team in their last game, and not ranking in the top 105 in the nation in passing or rushing yards per game.
- Alabama to win – Both Mississippi State and Alabama are 4-0, but Bama is a legit national championship contender while MSU is not. The Crimson Tide beat South Carolina by 31 points in their last game, while the Bulldogs narrowly beat them by seven. Even on the road, the Tide will roll in this SEC clash.
The odds for this two-leg parlay are +241. A $100 bet would pay $341 total, with $241 in profit.
NCAAF parlay: Georgia and Alabama to win and cover (+241, FanDuel)

College Football Parlay #3 – Biggies in the Big 10 Come Through
Week 5 brings a couple of big Big 10 games: No. 14 Iowa hosts fifth-ranked Ohio State, and No. 18 USC hosts Washington.
At BetMGM Sportsbook, Ohio State is a 14.5-point favorite, and USC is an 8.5-point favorite.
- Ohio State to win and cover – Ohio State (3-1) is loaded, and it ranks sixth in the nation in passing yards per game and sixth in scoring (45 ppg). Iowa is 4-0, and while it beat a ranked Michigan team 20-19 on a last-second touchdown, it was fortunate the Wolverines had late penalties. The Hawkeyes are solid at home, but the Buckeyes are elite, have way too many weapons on offense, and will roll in this one.
- USC to win and cover – USC (4-1) is coming off its first loss of the season facing a solid Oregon team. Washington also lost its last game 27-24 at home to an unranked Minnesota team. At home and with a much more balanced offense, the Trojans will win and cover against an 0-4 ATS Huskies team.
The odds for this parlay are +268, so a $100 bet would pay $368 for $268 in profit.
NCAAF Parlay: Both USC and Ohio State to win and cover – (+268, BetMGM)
College football Week 5 Parlay #4 – Stars Produce
Now, let’s check out a three-leg player prop parlay at DraftKings.
- Jayden Maiava 270+ passing yards – USC quarterback Jayden Maiava has passed for 270+ yards in four of five games this season, leads the nation in passing yards, and even passed for 326 yards in the team's last loss.
- Jeremiah Smith 130+ receiving yards – Jeremiah Smith is a superstar and a Heisman candidate, and with all of the great receivers that have been at Ohio State, he now has the most receiving yards in school history and is only four games into his junior year. He has at least 151 receiving yards in three of four games, had 217 in the last one, and leads the nation in receiving yards.
- Jadan Baugh 130+ rushing yards – Florida's star running back Jadan Baugh ranks second in the nation in rushing yards and has rushed for at least 136 yards in all four games.
The odds for this player prop parlay are +652. A $100 bet net in $652 in profit for a total payout of $752.
NCAAF Parlay: Jayden Maiava 270+ passing yards, Jeremiah Smith 130+ receiving yards, and Jadan Baugh 130+ rushing yards – (+652, DraftKings)
