College Football Week 10 Best Bets, Picks & Odds: Favorites, Underdogs and Value Spots
Written By Blaise Bourgeois | Last Updated at November 1, 2025
The college football season is in its most important stretch, and the College Football Playoff isn't too far away now. There's plenty of value to find on major sports betting apps, with teams getting ready to play their biggest games of the season.
With the 2025 MLB World Series Game 7 and a ton of juicy NFL games this weekend, plenty of big sportsbook promotions are worth taking advantage of this weekend.
Here are the four best college football bets to consider today for Week 10.
Georgia Tech -5.5 (-105) at N.C. State
Odds via Caesars Sportsbook
While Georgia Tech haven't been the most convincing team in the land, they've escaped every close game and are now 8-0 heading into Week 10 at 4-4 NC State. The Wolfpack have fallen off in a bad way, losers of four of their last five, with their only win in that stretch coming against the 2-7 FCS Campbell Camels.
While we expect there to be some resistance, five and a half points just doesn't seem like enough points in this one. We'll take the undefeated Yellow Jackets to put up big numbers today.

Odds via FanDuel
A juicy top-20 matchup between two 3-1 SEC teams awaits us as the Vanderbilt Commodores try to keep their fairytale season going against the Texas Longhorns. The Longhorns will start Arch Manning at quarterback, despite being questionable all week with a concussion. Should Manning have to sit, Matthew Caldwell, a graduate transfer from Troy, will take his place.
This game is likely going to be fought in the trenches and will be an even lower-scoring affair if Manning can't play all four quarters. Texas is coming off back-to-back overtime wins and will likely be far from its best. We like Vandy to pull through in a tight one.
Mississippi State +165 at Arkansas
Odds via BetMGM Sportsbook
Mississippi State just nearly beat Texas, and now they're plus-money against a school that has lost six straight? Sure, Arkansas have played a bunch of close games against some very good schools, but they've only tasted victory against Arkansas State and Alabama A&M this season, the last win coming almost two months ago.
It's going to be really hard for the Razorbacks to muster up the strength to win this one. They have to win today and then win out against LSU, #20 Texas, and #19 Missouri just to be bowl-eligible. We don't see it happening.
Oklahoma State at Kansas: Under 55.5 Points (-105)
Odds via FanDuel
Oklahoma State are awful and simply don't know how to score the football. The Jayhawks, meanwhile, have failed to put up more than 27 points across each of their last three games, going 1-2 in that span. We don't see this game being entertaining whatsoever, and we have no plans to watch the game. We fully expect a Kansas blowout but we can't see this game producing anywhere close to eight touchdowns. Take the under.
