The Summit Club opened in 2017 and is located Southwest of the Las Vegas Strip in Summerlin. The exclusive private club is Tom Fazio’s eighth golf course to be played on the PGA TOUR over the past 13 months. That includes Shadow Creek, which hosted the 2020 CJ Cup.

Also, The Match on Nov. 26, 2021 between Bryson DeChambeau and Brooks Koepka will happen on the Tom Fazio-designed Wynn Golf Club along the Las Vegas Strip.

The lush landscape and beautifully manicured fairways and greens are just part of the spectacular visuals on the golf course. There are 13 holes that play either directly east or west to provide sensational mountain views or the Las Vegas Strip. The elevation is mostly uphill to the West and mountains, and downhill towards the Strip to the East.

Desert waste areas are the potential hazards for golfers that are offline from the tees or into the greens. A meandering manmade creek winds downhill along with the 9th, 12th, and 13th fairways. The 18th hole is a par 5 and should provide a dramatic finish with birdies or better determining the winner.

CJ Cup Stats To Target

Power players should rise this week in Sin City, as big hitters who can carry more fairway bunkers have an advantage. Tee-To-Green play along with Ball Striking strength are initial Strokes Gained stats to begin your golf betting strategy and handicap.

Using these parameters, here are your total Strokes Gained leaders in The CJ Cup field during the 2020 and 2021 PGA Tour seasons on Par 72 courses of at least 7,400 yards with bentgrass greens (per Fantasy National):

  • Cameron Smith

  • Dustin Johnson
  • Xander Schauffele
  • Marc Leishman
  • Patrick Reed
