We like the full suite of rewards on offer. However, we aren’t thrilled about the fact that your status ranking is decided solely by how much you spend. We prefer programs that offer points for gameplay and other activities. Sure, in order to climb the tiers most people will need to make purchases anyway, but with those other programs you can cover a lot of ground and collect points even as you’re still playing your welcome bonus.
Is it worth pursuing? That’s going to be up to the individual player. If you normally buy Gold Coins like we do, then stick with your normal purchases to see how far you’ll climb. Otherwise, if you rarely make purchases, we don’t recommend buying GC just to get a VIP ranking.

The site offers a black background with neon-green highlights, fun animations, and a space theme. The site offers a virtual tour that you can take when you first sign up, which explains all the features on the site and how to access them, which was a nice touch. The overall layout is similar to other brands, with your virtual currency balances at the top alongside a hamburger menu that shows all your account information and links to purchase Gold Coins, the Ticket Shop, the VIP Club and more. Yes, this brand offers both an iPhone app and an Android app, which you can find in their respective app stores. In our opinion, the apps are much better than the browser-based site. The navigation and layout is better, as you can see the links to everything at the top and bottom of your screen, with featured games in the middle. In addition, we found the gameplay to be better on the app.
However…
Watch for tech issues
Both the app and website created tech issues for us that we had to resolve with the help of customer support. Both the app and site only showed us 11 games initially, rather than the 600+ that are available. Support provided a list of four or five solutions, which worked well. For example, on the app we had to switch from WiFi to mobile data in order to see all the games. Once the games loaded, we were able to switch back to WiFi. It’s apparently a known issue since both the AI agent and the human support presented the list of potential solutions to us rather fast.
Once we got past that issue, then it was time to dive in…
What is the gaming experience like?
The gameplay is mostly smooth, especially if you use the app. We did run into some lags where the casino lobby itself took time to load. But once it loaded, then everything ran smoothly after that.
The site features 600+ games from top providers such as Hacksaw, BGaming and ICONIC21, plus there is a small collection of TurboStakes Originals onboard. Overall, you’ll find mostly slots and some scratch cards. However, there is a small live-dealer section where you can play games like blackjack, baccarat, and a few game shows.

TurboStakes payments and redemptions: What are the options?
If you decide to make an optional purchase of Gold Coins, your purchase options are fairly limited: you can use credit cards, debit cards, or Apple Pay. While these options will likely satisfy most people, ideally we’d like to see one or two more options, such as another e-wallet. There are no fees with these transactions, and all options process instantly.
When it comes time for a prize redemption, you must first collect 100 redeemable Sweeps Coins that have been played through at least one time, plus you need to complete the identity verification process. Once everything is in order, you can initiate a redemption request for a bank account transfer or a gift card. The terms of service suggest it could take up to ten days for you to receive your prize, but most users report that it takes three to five days, which is quite good.

Reviewing the customer service experience
When you need help, you’ll have the option to call a support number, email support, or open up a support chat with an AI agent. If you have a fairly basic question, tapping the “chat” button at the bottom right-hand of your screen will give you access to a list of support articles, as well as access to a helpful AI agent. When we asked the AI agent a question, it provided a thorough answer, and then it proactively asked if we’d like to escalate the issue to the support staff, which was a nice touch.
Ultimately, we decided to try out the email support directly. As soon as we sent the email, we received a message back saying that questions will be answered within six hours, and “typically they’re answered faster.” We got our answer back in just under ten minutes, which is excellent for email support. Obviously, you can call the support number and will likely get an even faster answer.
