I’m always on the lookout for new sweepstakes casinos to try, so I was excited when I got wind of a new site launching - LuckyOne, and I’ve been working hard testing it to create a complete LuckyOne review.
My first impressions of this site were incredibly positive as I saw a cracking welcome bundle, hundreds of awesome casino-style games, and a wealth of promotions for existing customers. But, if you want the lowdown, read on as I look at these features plus other things such as support and legitimacy in more detail.

Five things I noticed when first using my LuckyOne login
Before creating my LuckyOne reviews, I did a first sweep of the site to look for common features I expect sweepstakes casinos to have. Everything looked in place, and I was happy with what I saw.
1. It follows US sweepstakes regulations
LuckyOne is a legitimate US sweepstakes casino. You can never make USD deposits here, and the games can only ever be played using Gold Coin (GC) or Sweeps Coins (SC) which are the two virtual currencies. On top of that, they follow the no purchase necessary requirement as the site is packed with promotions and bonuses that potentially give you more virtual currencies.
2. There’s decent security and transparency
This social casino ensures that only legal people can sign up as it has a geoblocking feature, and requires verification during the LuckyOne register process. On top of that, I was pleased to see SSL encryption to protect data transfers, and a heap of documentation for transparency in their operations. For example, there is a sweepstakes rules page, an AMOE instructions page, and a complete privacy policy.
3. The live chat support offers quick reply times
Scroll to the bottom of the left-hand menu on the LuckyOne site and you’ll see a support link. This opens the live chat box which serves as both a chat tool and somewhere you can send email support tickets from. I sent several different emails to test for response times, and I usually got something back within 2 hours which is acceptable. However, if you want quicker help, use the chat - I requested to speak to someone 4-5 times at different times of the week, and I was always connected in a maximum of 5 minutes.

4. You can make optional GC purchases
LuckyOne uses Gold Coins and Sweeps Coins for gameplay, and while it has promos for these, there’s an optional GC store too with a range of packages for purchase. I tested this setup and found the GC packages to be good value, plus I was able to purchase the bundles using Visa, MaserCard, or Online Banking - you might be able to see more methods than I can though.
Sweeps Coin cash prize redemptions are possible too, but you need a minimum balance of 100 SC. Also, you’ll have to pass a full KYC check, and meet the 1x playthrough requirement for your bonus SC. When these requirements are met, you can make prize redemption requests. The processing time is not especially fast, and you can expect your redemptions to take up to 8 business days, but this is on par with other US sweepstakes casinos.
5. There is no downloadable app
If you want to play at LuckyOne on your mobile then you’ll have to use a browser like Chrome or Safari. I tested the mobile browser version and was happy with the quality and loading speeds. You get a simple and accessible navigation, and the games can be filtered by different things including the game developer. After testing a large selection of the titles, I was happy to see that most of them are optimised for mobile gaming.
My first gaming experience at LuckyOne social casino
I looked at some other LuckyOne reviews and they commented on the quality of the games, so I spent a long time looking at the providers, genres, and overall choice. Indeed, this is easily one of the best game libraries I’ve seen from a sweepstakes casino in some time.

LuckyOne works with a large range of top game publishers which points to the quality of their games. I’ve played casino-style games from all of these developers before, so I’m confident in their legitimacy and fairness.
There’s everything from live dealers to arcade games
No matter what games you are into, I know that LuckyOne will deliver excitement and entertainment. It covers the following categories:

There are some minor game genres missing such as bingo and scratchcards, but these are nowhere near as popular as slots, live dealer games, and arcade games, so I wasn’t concerned. I was especially hooked on the Hacksaw Gaming slots, and the excellent live blackjack collection they have from ICONIC21.
I had fun playing the slots from Betsoft
I went out on a limb while creating my LuckyOne review and decided to play some slots from a different developer aside from Hacksaw, and I picked Betsoft. Oh my - I had so much fun playing their games, and I recommend checking out these titles in particular:

The themes and graphics are excellent, and I really enjoyed digging into the bonus features of titles like Ya Yeti and Roll.
Promotions at LuckyOne Casino - what did I get?
I found LuckyOne reliable when it came to promotions, and I was impressed with the welcome bonus, and the features they have for existing customers. Whenever playing here, I never felt like I would run out of virtual currencies, and they do an excellent job of complying with the no purchase necessary caveat.
I got a chunky welcome bonus when signing up
When I completed the LuckyOne sign up process and logged in for the first time, I got 20,000 Gold Coins and 2 Sweeps Coins for my welcome bonus. After that, I headed to the Gold Coin store and saw a first purchase bonus package for $9.99 which gave me 250,000 GC, plus after the GC purchase, I got 25 bonus SC.
I think these two features combined create a brilliant welcome bonus, especially considering the minimum I expect someone to get from a sweepstakes casino is 7,500 GC and 2 SC. Creating your LuckyOne login is also easy, and you can get up and running with your signup bonus within a few minutes.
There’s other things like a referral scheme and daily bonus

Using the LuckyOne site - how easy was it?
For my LuckyOne ratings I tested both the desktop website and the mobile browser version. Overall, I think both work fantastically and they allow you to have a stress-free gaming experience. The desktop site has a simple color scheme with an emphasis on text readability, and I found the left-hand menu particularly useful as it has links to the different promos, game categories, and customer support options.
Using Google Chrome, the page speeds were fast, I saw no errors, and all the content is completed and up to date. The only small improvement I would like to see is the organization of the homepage. I think the different elements here are a little scattered and the page could be made to feel more uniform.
Final verdict - LuckyOne is instantly one of my favorite sites
I will continue playing at LuckyOne and I think it’s comfortably obtained a spot in my list of top US sweepstakes casinos for now. It has the games I want to play such as live dealers and Hacksaw Gaming slots, I’ve always got virtual currencies to play with via the generous promotions, and I like the overall feel and style of the site.
Hopefully in time, a mobile app will be added, and I’de like to see a more robust VIP program, but other than that, creating this LuckyOne review has shown me this social casino has everything I need.
