Packly Review 2026: Is Packly Legit?
When we started our Packly review, what first grabbed our attention was something we haven't seen on most mystery pack sites: every pack rip gives you 10 cards. Some packs cost just 550 Gems, with 100 Gems equivalent to $1.
You can get a free mystery pack when you make your first purchase of a Gem pack costing $7.50 or more. The options for how to pay on Packly include; card, cryptocurrency, and bank transfer. Packly is suited to Pokémon collectors looking for affordable or high-end packs, because this is the primary area of focus for this website.
- 24 Pokémon digital mystery packs
- Fiat and crypto payment methods
- Regular bonuses
- No live chat
Packly lets you collect 10 Pokémon cards per rip
Unlike most TCG mystery pack sites, Packly gives you 10 cards per pack rip. To get started, you need to purchase packs using Gems, the site's virtual currency.
You can get Gems through bonuses or by purchasing them from the site's virtual currency store. 100 Gems are equivalent to $1. Packly currently offers six Gem packs, and the least expensive costs 750 Gems. You can also receive Gems by selling unwanted cards in bulk. Keep in mind, you can't withdraw them.
After ripping a pack using Gems, you decide what to do with your pulls. You can keep them in your vault, sell them back to the site, or ship your favorite pulls to your doorstep within 21 days. Packly states in its terms of service that shipping fees are disclosed at the time of withdrawal.
If you choose to sell your cards back, the starting rate is 85%, increasing to as much as 92.5% as you progress through the loyalty program. We weren't too pleased with the starting rate, as many other TCG pack-ripping sites let you sell cards back for 90% of their market value.
We also like that you can decide what to do with your cards without worrying about them expiring. According to Packly, “no deadlines, your cards never expire.” This is one area where it outdoes many mystery pack sites, as some only let you keep cards in your inventory for a limited time. We saw this during our Pullbox review, where cards left in your inventory are converted into coin vouchers once the time limit is reached.
Packly also has a marketplace where collectors can trade spare cards for a chase card or exchange cards with other collectors.
Packly does have a first-purchase offer and other regular bonuses
Packly had no promotional banner pointing us to a welcome bonus. However, when we visited the virtual currency store, there was an offer for a free mystery pack with your first Gem pack purchase of $7.50 or more. No Packly promo code is needed to claim this offer. Here are the regular bonuses on the site:
Daily bonus – Get a random number of Gems daily
On our first login, we received 5 Gems, then collected 10 Gems the following day. To claim your daily bonus, you have to select one of three packs. The Gems attached to your chosen pack are then credited to your balance. Packly also displays the probabilities of receiving each of the 10 possible rewards.
For instance, the probability of getting 5 Gems is the highest at 56.25%, while receiving 375 Gems is just 0.1%. With potential daily rewards starting at 5 Gems and the cheapest mystery packs costing 550 Gems, the reward feels a tad less generous.
Leaderboard competition – Rank high to get Gems
The more Gems you spend on Packly each week and month, the higher your probability of climbing the leaderboard. Top-ranked collectors receive more Gems to spend on the site. From what we saw, though, you have to spend a considerable number of Gems to get thousands back. The number-one ripper during our review spent over 1.8 million Gems in that month and received 2,250 Gems in return.
Referral bonus – Invite friends and get a reward
Packly also lets collectors get Gems by referring friends. To qualify, share your referral link with friends and wait for them to sign up and purchase a Gem pack. You'll then receive 2.5% of their purchase in Gems.
Loyalty program – Active collectors receive perks
The site's loyalty program has 100 levels, starting with Trainer and ending at Grail. Collectors are enrolled automatically and progress by accumulating Experience Points (XP). Each pack rip gets you 1 XP for every 10 Gems spent. With that, leveling up felt a little slow for us. But you can collect XP through other activities on the site, such as winning drops and completing monthly challenges.
As you level up, Packly rewards you with Gems at each level. You also receive bigger rewards at every 10-level milestone, starting with 1,000 Gems at level 10 and up to 100,000 Gems at level 100.
Your sellback rate also increases as you climb the ranks. It gets to 87.5% at level 50, 90% at level 90, and 92.5% at level 100.
Daily spins are another reward we like in Packly's loyalty program. You get one spin on the wheel available in your tier. Every spin offers Gems, a mystery card, or a real pack. The good thing is that every 10 levels, the wheel offers better rewards. These are the available levels in the loyalty program:
- Trainer: Lvl 1-9
- Ace: Lvl 10-19
- Veteran: Lvl 20-29
- Elite: Lvl 30-39
- Champion: Lvl 40-49
- Master: Lvl 50-59
- Grandmaster: 60-69
- Ascendant: 70-79
- Immortal: 80-89
- Mythic: 90-99
- Grail: Lvl 100
It was easy moving around the site
Packly doesn't complicate its site layout. At the top, you'll find your account, with a dropdown menu offering options such as Profile, Rewards, History, Tracking, and Settings.
Your Gems balance is also visible, and you can add more by clicking the “+” button, which takes you to the virtual currency store. The top menu also gives you access to Browse Packs, Marketplace, Collectors, Rewards, Heist, and Leaderboard.
There's a search button that lets collectors look up cards by name. When we tried it, the results loaded quickly, even when we hadn't finished typing the card names. At the bottom of the site, there's a link explaining how the site works, including a 1-minute-25-second video showing how to rip packs and ship your cards.
The site's loading speed is commendable, too. We experienced no lag when clicking on packs, opening our profile, visiting the marketplace, or checking available rewards. Compared with the fast loading speed we experienced during our Gemint review, Packly was just as quick. The site also has a chatroom where collectors can interact and participate in Loot Drops. Packly has a black background, with orange, cyan, and white highlights throughout.
No mobile app, but the site is mobile-optimized
Even though Packly doesn't have a dedicated mobile app for collecting Pokémon cards, its website is optimized for collectors who prefer to rip packs on the go. You can also install its web app for an app-like experience, though it works the same as the mobile site.
The main differences between the mobile and desktop versions are the screen size and how the features are arranged. On desktop, options such as Marketplace, Leaderboard, and Profile appear at the top of the site. However, on mobile, you'll find these in the fixed bottom menu. Either way, ripping packs feels the same on both versions.
Buy packs of Gems using fiat and crypto options
You can buy Gem packs from Packly through Stripe using multiple payment options. The ways to pay include cards like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and UnionPay. You can also use your Cash App (Cash App Pay), make a bank transfer, or use cryptocurrencies. However, Packly doesn't provide any information regarding the timeframes for processing each form of payment.
The available Gem packs and how many Gems you get in each are as follows:
- $7.50 for 750 Gems
- $15 for 1,500 Gems
- $22.50 for 2,250 Gems
- $52.50 for 5,250 Gems
- $105 for 10,500 Gems
- $255 for 25,500 Gems
Gem packs priced at $52.50 and above come with extra Gems. The $52.50 pack offers 750 bonus Gems, the $105 pack gives you an extra 1,500 Gems, and the $255 pack adds 3,750 bonus Gems. This makes the higher-priced packs more worthwhile if you're looking to get more Gems with your purchase.
You can only contact support agents via email
We were disappointed to see that Packly has no live chat support for collectors. This isn't the first time we've seen this on a digital mystery pack site. At GameStop Power Packs, for instance, we couldn't reach a live chat agent when we asked about rumors of a GameStop Power Packs free pack for new collectors. All we had was the ability to send a message through the site's Help & Support area. Similarly, at Packly, you can only get help from the customer service team by sending an email.
When we did send emails requesting assistance, they responded in less than 24 hours every time. The support representatives at Packly provided good assistance and were knowledgeable. The site also provides a fairly limited FAQ area which can be accessed through the "How It Works" link. There are only five questions, and the most useful answer for us explained how long shipping takes.
The brand uses provably fair technology and displays pull rates
Packly uses provably fair technology to ensure that card pulls are random. To verify the randomness of your pulls, click the "verify" link next to the provably fair feature. The site also displays the probabilities of pulling each card type.
Moreover, Packly states that all cards are sourced in Near Mint (NM) condition. You can also track your shipment, as each order includes a tracking number and an estimated delivery time. This feature helps collectors feel more at ease while waiting for their cards and know when to expect delivery.
The website has also added a "spending limit" feature, which allows collectors to put limits on Gem purchases for up to six months. Unfortunately, we couldn’t adjust our spending limit from our account settings. Instead, we were forced to contact customer service via email to make changes to this option.
Also, Packly restricts access to anyone under the age of 18. It claims to protect collectors’ data using both technological and organizational safeguards.
Packly only features Pokémon mystery packs
Packly has 24 Pokémon mystery packs, containing five rarity tiers: Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Mythic. Epic and Mythic cards are among the most desirable pulls on the site. After opening a pack, you can check how many cards belong to each tier. For example, the Royale pack contains 334 cards: 42 Common, 29 Uncommon, 154 Rare, 91 Epic, and 18 Mythic.
Of the 24 Pokémon packs, 12 cost less than 750 Gems. Epoch costs 700 Gems, while Carbon and Flux each cost 600 Gems. Bloom, Midnight, Riptide, and Fortune are even cheaper at 550 Gems each. At the higher end, Royale costs 1,200 Gems, and 515 goes for 1,500 Gems. We like that the prices suit all types of Pokémon collectors.
When we opened the Voyager pack for 750 Gems, its potential Epic pulls included Magikarp #203, valued at 34,955 Gems, and Tinkaton ex #262, valued at 5,463 Gems.
Currently, Packly offers only Pokémon mystery packs. However, the site indicates that a One Piece category is coming soon.
Conclusion – We'd try Packly for its 24 Pokémon mystery packs
We like that Packly has more Pokémon packs than most sites and offers 10 cards for every pack you rip. The site also gives you a free mystery pack with your first Gem pack purchase. However, we'd like the daily bonus to start higher than its potential minimum of 5 Gems.
Other positives include storage with no expiry date, along with payment options including fiat and cryptocurrency. However, there seems to be a missing element in communication. Another thing is that the 85 percent initial sellback percentage is less favorable compared to some other sites.
Although we believe there are areas for improvement, we still believe Packly would be a good choice for collectors who want to find something different in terms of ripping Pokémon packs: 24 packs, 10 cards per rip, and prices from 550 to 1,500 Gems. Click the banners on this page to visit Packly and check out the available packs for yourself.
