Courtyard.io Pokémon Bounty Hunt: Chase The Chu For Bounties Up to $16,900

Leading card rip platform Courtyard.io has a new Bounty Hunt promotion this week, with Chase The Chu offering time-limited opportunities to collect high-value cards. The event is scheduled to run weekly throughout the coming months.

As the title suggests, Chase The Chu features rare Pokémon pulls — with bounties for these cards worth more than $16,000.

What Is Chase The Chu At Courtyard.io?

Courtyard.io has partnered with former NFL player and podcast host Taylor Lewan, host of Bussin’ With The Boys, to launch the all-new Chase The Chu card rips event. The promotion launched at 12 p.m. ET on Tuesday, Oct. 6, and will run each week for the rest of the month.

This event remains open for 24 hours during every round. During the event, users can rip qualifying packs to collect valuable, rare cards.

Specifically, Chase The Chu sees Courtyard.io award a tight-knit group of cards issued by Lewan, a self-proclaimed Pokémon collector and enthusiast. Lewan pulls cards directly from his personal collection and drops them into Courtyard’s packs, making them available to registered users.

If a user rips a pack and reveals a Chase The Chu card, they will receive an exclusive bounty associated with that pull.

In an announcement video detailing the collaboration between Courtyard.io and Lewan, the ex-Tennessee Titans icon explained that the first round of this event will give three precious items from his current Pokémon card collection to lucky users.

After lightheartedly calling himself the “Robin Hood” of card rips, Lewan confirmed he'll include the card that helped him return to card collecting in the premiere Chase The Chu promotion: a PSA 10 Treekachu.

Chase The Chu Distribution Odds Explained

Courtyard.io has candidly listed specific distribution probabilities for Chase The Chu packs:

Not every pack will feature one of the aforementioned high-value new and vintage cards from Lewan’s collection. However, Courtyard.io also confirmed that the average value of cards pulled from Chase The Chu packs stands at around $73.

Distribution odds and card valuations are subject to change as and when new Chase The Chu bounty cards land in packs each Tuesday.
