Pack Battles
These battles make Gemint stand out. You’ve got the chance to go into battle against one, two, or three other players. With three battle types, you can decide how the battle plays out, too. Each battle has a confirmed winner, depending on the format.

Three options for what to do with a trading card
Whenever you rip a pack at Gemint, you’re going to reveal one graded card from the selection of cards shown before you buy each pack. Since you won’t know what you’ll get until you rip it, you may end up with something you want… or not.
That’s why you’ve got three options to go with:
- Stash it inside your online Gemint inventory
- Gemint can ship the physical card to your US address if you want it
- If you don’t want it, Gemint will buy it back for 90% of the fair market value
Note that if you sell the card back, Gemint adds a 3% fee to the transaction. Alternatively, if you ask them to ship the card to you, you’ll pay shipping fees. We didn’t find any further info about how much those might be. It could depend on your home state.
The Gemint welcome bonus details
We’ve found a few card ripping sites that drop a free pack for newcomers. You won’t always see this offer at every site. We didn’t find a GameStop Power Packs free pack on that site, for instance. That said, Gemint does still offer a bonus, which is a simple $10 coupon. You can use this against the price of any pack you want to buy and open. It’s a basic offer, but nice to get, nonetheless.
You will need to do three things to get yours, but they’re all pretty simple and work as follows:
- Verify the email address you sign up with
- Follow Gemint’s X account
- Become a member of Gemint’s community on Discord

How to create a Gemint account and claim your bonus
It’ll take a few minutes to complete the necessary steps to receive your coupon, but signing up at Gemint is about as quick as you could wish it to be. We went through the process to create a list of steps for you here.

That’s it. You can sign up with your Google account details if you’d rather do it that way, but we found email quick and simple to use. They sent the verification email in just a couple of seconds, too. Once you've gone through these steps, you’ll be able to go into your Gemint account.
How to complete the final two steps to claim your Gemint welcome bonus
You’ve seen that the email verification forms the first of the three things you must do to collect your $10 coupon from Gemint. Even though you’ve already verified it, you’ll need to enter it in the field on the coupon page you’ll find at the bottom of Gemint’s site menu. Click the button and it’s done. You won’t need to verify it twice.
You’ll see two buttons below that verification field that you can tap or click to complete the remaining steps:

If you already have accounts set up on those platforms, this should be quick. It was for us. In each case, you’ll be taken to the relevant website to login and authorize the connection with Gemint.

Does Gemint offer other bonuses?
There are a couple of possibilities there, which we’ve provided details of below. We didn’t spot a loyalty program, but we’ll add details here if Gemint decides to develop one. You don’t always get such programs, but our Packly review confirms there’s a program on that site.

This involves daily login challenges, which are easy to complete. However, while the banner promoting the challenge appeared on the site once we’d logged in, it didn’t seem to work when we clicked to check in on day one. This could be a temporary glitch or it might mean the promotion has expired. We’ll let you know what happens on that count as soon as we have more news.
Refer others to Gemint
If you select the basic person icon at the top of the site after logging into Gemint, you’ll see a “refer” option you can access. This points you to the referral program, and you’ll find your own personal referral link there, ready to share with others on that page.
Gemint doesn’t provide details of what you’ll receive for successful referrals. However, they do mention lifetime commission rather than limited commissions, which is promising. Yes - you can sign up from any US state. The only caveat is that you must be aged at least 18 years to become a member of Gemint. The site is available across the world, with a few country limitations.

It’s possible - but it’s also a good place to ask any questions you might have about using Gemint. While the official site does offer a help center, that’s just where they keep their terms and conditions and privacy policy documents at present.
