When we compiled our GameStop Power Packs review, we shared that you should only use trusted card breaking sites. The good news is that Arena Club is a legitimate mystery box platform. The site is permitted in the US, and if you are 18+, you can use the banners to sign up.
Everything on Arena Club is above board. The collectible trading cards are graded and authenticated. Plus, you can see the probability of your pulls before ripping a pack. Also, all shipping is insured and your graded cards are delivered in pristine condition.
We observed that Arena Club has a strong presence in the USA. The brand has several notable partnerships, including with the New York Yankees and eBay.
User safety is also prioritized at the card breaking site. There are password-protected accounts, KYC checks and an encrypted banking platform. Thus, you should not have any concerns about scams or missing funds.

Keep an eye for other types of promos
Like the rewards detailed in our Packs app review, there are some existing user promos on Arena Club. First, there are Arena Tokens. This is a promotional token, used to give you discounted Slab Packs. Arena Cash is another common feature. Arena Cash is the on-site credit at the platform. You cannot purchase or withdraw Arena Cash, but you can use it for Slab Pack purchases.
If you are a regular on social media, make sure to check out the official X, Facebook, Instagram and Discord channels. There are regular giveaways for followers.
Finally, there is Safe Slab. In our opinion, this is the best promo. With Safe Slab, you pay 10% extra for a Slab Pack. However, once activated, one of two offers will be available. Either at least 80% of the Slab Pack price or 90% of the estimated card value of your pull.

When we first researched Arena Club, we found many similarities to our OpenThatPack review. Like OpenThatPack, there are several things to do on Arena Club.
The main activity is opening Slab Packs. There are several types of collectible cards to pull, including Pokémon, Basketball, and Football. Other unique aspects include a digital Showroom, Marketplace trades, auctions and sending your cards for grading.
Here is the lowdown on each of these features.
Purchase Slab Packs
Like burgers at a food truck, the bread and butter on Arena Club are Slab Packs. These are mystery box packs that you can rip. The main Slab Packs are graded and authenticated Pokémon, Football, Baseball, Basketball, and One Piece cards.
Each of these packs has different types of cards you can pull. The rarities are referred to as Grail, Chase and Lineup. The probabilities are displayed before purchasing a pack, so you can see the hit rates.
The platform also offers niche options, such as Time Boxes, Coin Cases, and Wine Drops.

Browse the Showroom
The Showroom is an online portfolio where all your pulled cards are stored. Once you pull a card, you can sell it back to the site for up to 90% of its value. If you don’t, then it is added to your Showroom. Cards are kept indefinitely in your Showroom. They are only removed when you want to ship them or trade on the Marketplace.
A nice touch with the Showroom is browsing other users online portfolios. We spent hours checking out what others have ripped, including for famous sports stars like Derek Jeter.
Trade on the Marketplace
The Marketplace is where you can trade your rips. Other users will sell their cards, and you can submit a purchase offer. Another unique feature of the Marketplace is auctions. Here, you can bid for specific items that catch your fancy. If you want premier tier items, you can enter the Premium Auctions.
Shipping
You can ship your Showroom items to your physical address. There is a $1 retrieval fee when moving items from your Showroom for shipping. Based on our information, you also have to submit a Declared Value. This is needed to calculate the insurance fees. Per the terms, besides the retrieval fee, there are also insurance fees. All shipments are delivered (within five days) in pristine condition, with cards in sleeves.
Get your collectible cards graded
If you have some cards that you want graded, send them to Arena Club. Modern cards can take up to 30 days to be authenticated. In our experience, vintage cards can take longer. Once graded, your card can be added to your Showroom or traded on the Marketplace. Otherwise, they can be sent back to your home with the relevant grading certification.
Arena Club’s banking platform is encrypted
The banking platform is similar to the one we unpacked with our Ripit review. Thanks to the encrypted banking platform, all payment methods are safe and secure. You can fund your account using both FIAT and cryptocurrency. The main payment options include Visa, Mastercard, Discover and Bitcoin.
You should read the banking terms, which include a breakdown of potential fees. When funding your account with crypto, there will be network gas charges. All deposits are processed immediately.Your account should be updated as soon as your payment is approved.
You can ship pulled cards or withdraw funds only after you have completed KYC checks. So, try to submit your proof of ID and address in advance.
As we touched on, you can ship pulled cards to your home. You have to submit a Declared Value and also factor in the insurance and shipping fees. In our experience, it takes up to five working days to receive your shipment. Finally, cash withdrawals are processed with Stripe. Payments are made to your registered bank account. FYI, it can take 1 to 3 days for the funds to appear in your bank account.
Using the desktop website is a breeze
We had no complaints using the desktop website. The brand has gone with a white background which works well with the black text and colorful Slab Packs. A nice touch is the inclusion of the search tool. This makes it easy to find specific Slab Packs.
Browsing the website is quick and easy. You will find the main banners at the top of the page. This includes the Slab Packs, Marketplace, Showrooms and Grading features. You should scroll to the bottom of the homepage for the informational toolkits. These pages include the terms and conditions as well as the detailed FAQ pages. We spent time on each section, and all pages loaded quickly.
Overall, if we had to rate the desktop website, it is a solid 9/10. Everything has its place, and the usability, look and feel are on point.
The mobile apps are easy to use
If you want to pull cards on the go, then use the Arena Club mobile apps. There are dedicated apps for both Android and iOS users. You can download the official apps from the Google Play Store and the Apple App Store. We downloaded both apps, and both are easy to use. Since the apps mirror each other, you will not miss out on any specific features.
If you have limited storage, then you can use the mobile-optimized website. To access the mobile site, just enter the Arena Club URL in your browser. As long as you have a stable internet connection, the site should load in seconds. We observed that the mobile platform mirrors the desktop version. So, you can rip packs, claim bonuses and contact the support team while out and about.
Our ratings of the customer support
No one wants issues when pulling graded cards. So, if you get into a pickle, there should be responsive customer support. Customer service ticks all the right boxes on Arena Club. We scored the brand full marks for customer service. As with the support options unpacked with our Fanatics Live review, there is live, email and social media support on Arena Club.
