Connecting With Caesars Rewards
Caesars touts its Caesars Rewards as “the largest customer loyalty program in the industry.” Thanks to the new Caesars Sportsbook app, Colorado sports bettors can easily earn and track their rewards credit.
Every time they bet through the app, win or lose, customers earn both tier credits and rewards credits. The former enable the customer to climb higher in the program and earn ever greater rewards. The latter can be redeemed at Caesars properties nationwide for dining, hotel stays, shows and other perks.
In Colorado, that means the aforementioned Lady Luck Casino and Isle Casino.
New Marketing Campaign
Comedians JB Smoove and Patton Oswalt headline a new marketing campaign as Caesars looks to get the word out and emphasize the brand as a national sports betting powerhouse.
The company has emphasized bettors will treated like Emperor Caesar himself. Smoove plays the role of Caesar in the promotional material released to the media.
“Sports bettors deserve a sports betting experience that treats them like royalty,” said Co-President of Caesars Digital Chris Holdren. “In our world, everyone’s an emperor, and the Caesars Sportsbook app delivers an experience worthy of them. We invite people to play with us online, stay with us at our resorts and experience their favorite sports in new ways through our unparalleled partnerships.”
Caesars Sportsbook And William Hill In Colorado
When sports betting gained a path to legalization, Colorado hopped aboard the bandwagon with a legalization bill. In May 2020, sports betting became legal there.
William Hill was not one of the operators to launch mobile sports betting at that time. A few months later, it arrived to the market in September 2020 in time for football season. William Hill partnered with Lady Luck Casino and Isle Casino locally. The London-based book is a huge name in Europe and had expanded to the US back in 2012.
In April 2021, Caesars completed a $3.7 billion acquisition of William Hill.
Initially, they operated the Caesars and William Hill brands separately. However, the parent company has decided to focus on the more US-centric Caesars brand and will mostly phase out William Hill in the US.
“Caesars Sportsbook combines the company’s sports betting assets under one brand anchored by an easy-to-navigate app that integrates mobile sports betting with Caesars’ singular loyalty program, Caesars Rewards,” the company announced in a presser.
