How To Bet on March Madness
From the lobby, you should see a ‘College Basketball’ tab on the left-hand side. Click that link, and you’ll be provided with a list of tournament games and their odds.
Click on the game you’re interested in to see a list of popular bets. Here are some of the bets that will be available.
Moneyline
A moneyline bet means choosing a team to win the game, including overtime.
Example: UNLV (+135) at Texas (-165)
Pick the winner of the game, and you will be paid out the corresponding odds.
Spread
Betting on the spread means you need to cover the number of points the sportsbook has decided.
Example: Washington (+7.5) at Ole Miss
If you choose Ole Miss to win, they need to win by eight for your bet to succeed. If you chose Washington, they could win or lose by up to seven points.
Total
Total is the combined number of points scored in the game.
Example: Utah at Butler – Over 134 (-110), Under 134 (-110)
Choose if the combined scoring will be over or under 134 points. If Utah wins 74-65, the total would be 139, so you would win if you chose the over. If the score is 74-59, you win if you choose the under.
Parlay
A parlay bet is when you combine two or more games on the same ticket.
Example: Pitt (-220), Wisconsin (-185)
In this example, you would need both teams to win.
Same-Game Parlay
A same-game parlay means you can bet on two parts of the same game.
Example: Cal (+135), Under 137 (-110)
Here you would need Cal to win and the game’s total score to be under 137 points.
Future
A future bet is when you predict something down the line like the NCAA champion.
Example: NCAA Champion Gonzaga (+200)
If Gonzaga wins the tournament, you win the bet.
