No Win in Six for the Canadians
Montreal has not tasted an MLS victory since easing past Orlando City SC back in May. Since then, the Canadians have drawn three and lost three of six MLS matches.
The Impact has only managed to earn one point out of a possible nine since coming back from the extended international break. Eullaffroy’s boys drew 0-0 with rivals Toronto FC before suffering back-to-back defeats to Nashville SC and Inter Miami CF.
The Canadian club started the 2026 MLS season with three home wins from its opening four, but Montreal is now winless in four in front of its own fans (two draws, two losses).
In-Form Revs a Tough Nut to Crack
New England is flying high in third place in the Eastern Conference standings, collecting 29 points from 16 games. The Revs have 14 more points on the board and have played a game fewer than this weekend’s opponent.
Marko Mitrovic’s side returned from the 2026 FIFA World Cup break with a goalless tie with Canadian side Toronto. However, they bounced back with a convincing victory last time out, beating Atlanta United 4-1 at Gillette Stadium.
New England’s 1-0 reverse at Charlotte FC before the break was its first away defeat since March.
Recent Head-to-Head Results
Earlier in the season, Mitrovic’s troops eased past Montreal at Gillette Stadium, with Luca Langoni, Mamadou Fofana, and Peyton Miller scoring in a 3-0 home win.
Montreal won 3-1 in Massachusetts last July, but that was the Impact’s only victory in the last five MLS meetings. New England’s last three wins against the Canadians have come with clean sheets, and the Revs could win to nil again this weekend.
