The 2023-24 NFL regular season comes to a close this week. Despite 16 games played, the AFC playoff picture is still wide open. With a playoff spot still within reach, the Pittsburgh Steelers (9-7) visit the Baltimore Ravens (13-3), who already clinched the AFC’s top seed. The Steelers are favorites on most sports betting apps, as the Ravens are expected to sit many of their starters. Below, we’ll dive into anytime touchdown markets for the Steelers to try and find value in their final regular season game of the year.

Ravens Vs. Steelers Anytime Touchdown Scorer Strategy

With Baltimore fully locked into their No. 1 seed spot, expect the team to sit a majority of its key starters, namely Lamar Jackson. That opens up opportunities for backup offensive skill players. Don’t be tepid betting on those players, as Tyler Huntley has shown repeatedly he’s a fully capable NFL quarterback. On the other side, Pittsburgh needs the win to keep their outside playoff chances alive.

However, with just a over/under, sportsbooks don’t anticipate a swath of scoring opportunities. So, for the Steelers, we’ll stick to the main players. For the Ravens, though, let’s try and find a longer shot.

Ravens Vs. Steelers ATTD Scorer Bets

Steelers RB Najee Harris ()

Since Mason Rudolph took over at QB, the rushing lanes opened up for Harris. Granted, his last two defenses faced rank 31st and 22nd in rushing touchdowns allowed to the running backs. This season, the Ravens have only allowed four rushing touchdowns to backs, hence the number. However, the path to offensive success is clear – when Harris gets 50 or more yards, the Steelers are 7-2; when he doesn’t, they’re 2-5. With the playoffs on the line and the Ravens resting starters, I’d expect a heavy dosage of Harris.

Steelers WR George Pickens ()

One thing is abundantly clear about the Steelers passing attack: Mason Rudolph loves throwing the football to George Pickens. In the last two outings, Pickens picked up 326 receiving yards on 15 targets. Both touchdowns in that span came against Cincinnati, but the volume is – and will continue to be – there. Also in that span, Diontae Johnson saw just nine targets (only six receptions) and Pat Freiermuth just three (three receptions). Pickens is the receiving attack with Rudolph at the helm, but isn’t priced like it.

Ravens TE Charlie Kolar

Odds aren’t out on Kolar at the time of writing, but rest assured, he’ll have a decent number next to his name. With Mark Andrews out, Isaiah Likely emerged as a real threat. Kolar saw his snaps rise from 28.9 per game in his first seven games (Weeks 4-11) to 40.4 per game since. Last week, he saw a target in the red zone up big that turned into a 19-yard touchdown. Perhaps Huntley throws him another bone around the goal line.
