Four ranked teams are in action tonight, and they'll mostly be the subject of our best NCAAB bets today. #3 Florida, #11 Louisville, #16 Iowa State, and #20 Auburn will all do battle and are massive favorites to notch a win tonight.

However, they aren't the only games worth betting on, as there are plenty of closer matchups around the country.

With early-season lines mostly focused on team names and freshman hype, the sharp bettors can strike while the iron is hot.

Our favorite sports betting apps offer plenty of value through fantastic odds, as well as sportsbook promotions. Without further ado, here are the best NCAAB bets today.

Game Lines

North Florida @ #3 Florida (-41.5)

๐Ÿ€ (-105 via FanDuel) ๐Ÿ“ˆ

The Gators were stunned by #13 Arizona to kick off their season, and now have a chance to show their home fans that they're a true contender.

Tonight, they can beat up on the Ospreys of North Florida, who saw their two biggest stars transfer to Indiana in the offseason. This is also UNF's first season without Matthew Driscoll, who left for Kansas State after 16 years in Jacksonville.

Florida is simply a taller and stronger team and should absolutely crush. After a poor three-point shooting display, you can also expect them to take a ton of open shots from distance.

Jackson State (+37.5) @ #11 Louisville

๐Ÿ€ (-105 via BetMGM) ๐Ÿ“ˆ

Louisville is sure to start 2-0 after tonight's cupcake matchup with Jackson State, who started their season with an awful 58-point loss against #17 Illinois.

While Jackson State was the #2 seed in the SWAC tournament last year, they still lost all three of their games against ranked opponents by at least 40 points.

Louisville, meanwhile, looked to be at full strength right out of the gate and utterly destroyed South Carolina State 104-45, leading 59-15 at halftime. Their defense was immaculate, forcing 25 turnovers and holding the Bulldogs to just 23% shooting from the field.

While another blowout is certainly possible, Louisville will undoubtedly be looking forward to their likely top-10 showdown with arch-rivals Kentucky on Tuesday.

The Cardinals should have three goals in mind: Win the game, work on plays they'll use against Kentucky, and get their starters out early. That will likely keep the score from getting out of hand.

Robert Morris @ Drake (-7.5)

๐Ÿ€ (-110 via Caesars Sportsbook) ๐Ÿ“ˆ

Drake have made March Madness in four of the last five seasons, but many questions have arisen heading into this season.

After a 31-4 campaign last season, winning the MVC and beating sixth-seeded Missouri in the first round, they saw coach Ben McCollum leave for Iowa, taking star guard Bennett Stirtz with him.

With a mostly new squad, Drake looked rather unconvincing in a very sloppy six-point win over Northern Arizona.

We look for them to clean it up against another team that was in the NCAA Tournament last year. Robert Morris, who started off the season getting blown out by unranked Iowa, is currently ranked 242nd in the KenPom rankings, 118 places lower than Drake. A 7.5-point line seems far too low for us, especially in Drake's home opener.

Grambling State (+33.5) @ #16 Iowa State

๐Ÿ€ (-110 via BetMGM) ๐Ÿ“ˆ

Iowa State kicked off their 2025-26 season in style, knocking off Fairleigh Dickinson 88-50.

Amongst the starters in that game, the Cyclones had three returnees in Tamin Lipsey, Josh Jefferson, and Milan Momcilovic, as well as Virginia transfer Blake Buchanan and true freshman Frenchman Killyan Toure.

Momcilovic went nuts in the opener, scoring 29 points on 11-of-16 shooting and hitting seven of his 10 threes. After a slow preseason, Iowa State will be happy to see their star scoring threat in great form to kick off the year.

Grambling State, meanwhile, are looking to improve on a rough 12-22 season under new head coach Patrick Crarey II. What the Tigers lack in ability, they make up for in size and experience. They bring back a core of senior leadership, commanded by seven-foot senior forward Saliou Seye.

While Iowa State will have no trouble coming away with a win, we expect Grambling State to be much more competitive this season.

Today's Best Parlay

๐Ÿ€ (+379 via BetMGM) ๐Ÿ“ˆ

Considering it's cupcake season for the big teams, you'll either have to book a ton of favorites, bet the lines, or look at more obscure games to cook up a big-money winner tonight.

We're going to play it more on the safe side, opting to try to book a win, rather than attempt to break the bank.
