Friday’s slate is always fun, but this one has a little extra juice because it’s the first full slate of games the day after the NBA trade deadline. Rotations are fresh, roles are shifting in real time and books are still catching up to what the new versions of these teams actually look like.

That’s where player props can really shine. The market is often quickest to adjust spreads and totals, but props can lag behind, especially when a new teammate changes shot distribution, a ball-handler changes assist equity, or a coaching staff tightens the rotation in a way that isn’t fully priced in yet.

This is also the type of slate where it pays to target players whose production is driven by role and repeatable opportunity, not just pure matchup. Spot-up shooters who benefit from attention, bigs who vacuum rebounds regardless of opponent and creators whose assist chances are built into their usage can all pop when teams are still figuring out their post-deadline identity.

With that in mind, here are the best NBA player props to consider for Friday’s action.

Best NBA Player Props Today

Andrew Wiggins over 1.5 three-pointers made (-125)

Wiggins is at his best in lineups where he can live as a clean catch-and-shoot option while still having the freedom to create when the defense shifts. Two made threes is a sweet spot because it doesn’t require a heater, it just requires normal minutes and standard shot diet. In a matchup where Miami should be hunting spacing and efficient looks, this line is simply asking Wiggins to be the version of himself.

Julius Randle over 5.5 assists (-105)

Randle’s assist props cash when he’s operating as a decision-maker, not just a scorer. When defenses load up to take away his downhill game, the best counter is the kick-out or the quick hit to cutters, and that’s where the assist equity builds. This number is very manageable if Minnesota continues to run offense through him in spots and lets him orchestrate against help.

Kevin Porter Jr. over 16.5 points (-113)

Porter is one of those scorers who doesn’t need perfect efficiency if the usage is real. He creates his own looks, he gets to the line and he can stack points quickly in short stretches. On a post-deadline slate, that matters because even if rotations are still settling, shot creation tends to be the last thing coaches take away from a player they trust to generate offense. This line is a bet on volume and responsibility, which he will get following all of the Bucks' deadline moves and with Giannis Antetokounmpo sidelined with an injury.

Domantas Sabonis over 11.5 rebounds (+100)

Sabonis has one of the most stable rebounding profiles in the league because it’s driven by positioning, physicality and minutes. He’s constantly around the ball, he finishes possessions and he’s rarely passive on the glass. Getting plus money on 12 rebounds is the kind of number that plays well on nights where you want a prop that isn’t overly sensitive to shooting variance or game flow.

Jrue Holiday over 13.5 points (-117)

Holiday scoring overs tend to hit when the environment encourages him to be assertive offensively, whether that’s through transition opportunities, attacking mismatches, or simply taking the open shots the defense concedes. In games that can swing toward bench minutes or uneven stretches, a steady veteran with a defined role can keep producing even when the minutes fluctuate. This line sits in a range where normal usage can get you there.

Cam Spencer over 2.5 three-pointers made (+105)

This is a classic post-deadline value type of prop with a shooter who can benefit from rotation changes, extra minutes, and the simple fact that defenses haven’t fully recalibrated. Spencer’s path is straightforward, he needs attempts. If he’s getting consistent run and the offense is generating catch-and-shoot looks, three made threes at plus money is very doable, especially with a lineup that's still coming together after yesterday's deadline.
