Friday’s NBA playoff slate feature two more Game 6s, one from each conference. The Knicks will try to stave off elimination once more versus the Heat, this time in Miami. Later in the night, the Warriors are also looking to force a Game 7 when they face the Lakers on the road. I’m eyeing Jalen Brunson and LeBron James NBA player props, so let’s get right into it.

Brunson’s Game 5 was nothing short of immaculate. He dropped 38 points in front of a raucous crowd at the Garden and cemented himself in the hearts of Knicks fans forever (it doesn’t take much to make us swoon these days). He also played the entire game, something that just doesn’t happen in today’s NBA. What’s more, Quentin Grimes did the same.
Knicks Coach Tom Thibodeau has a history of running his players into the ground, but he’s veered away from that this season. Still, it’s elimination time in the playoffs and Brunson looks like the only guy in blue and orange who realizes there’s no tomorrow if his team loses. I’m expecting Thibs to pull all the stops for the rest of this series as well.
Even if Brunson doesn’t play the entire game, his breathers will be short and few. With 45 minutes under his belt, he should basically stumble into 12 rebounds and assists. He’s recorded at least that many in every time out in this series except for Game 2 when he put up 30 points on just a 23% usage rate.
