Monday’s NBA slate is not overloaded, but there are still several angles worth attacking if you’re looking for the best NBA bets today. This is the kind of card where context matters more than volume.

That creates a useful mix for bettors scanning sports betting apps and narrowing down NBA player props, game lines and parlays. Some of the value comes from identifying the better team in a mismatch. Other spots come from understanding where the market may be overrating a favorite or undervaluing a player whose role has clearly grown.

Here are the best NBA bets today for Monday, March 9.

Game Lines

Brooklyn Nets moneyline (-102) vs Memphis Grizzlies

This is a game between two bad teams, which is exactly why taking the slight underdog-style value on Brooklyn makes sense here. When neither side is particularly trustworthy, grabbing the near-even price with the home team is often the better angle. The Nets have at least shown enough offensive punch to steal games like this, and in a matchup with limited reliability on both sides, the value is more appealing than trying to lay anything with Memphis.

Golden State Warriors -5.5 (-103) vs Utah Jazz

Utah is actively trying to bottom out, and that matters this time of year. Even if Golden State is a bit undermanned, the Warriors still have enough talent and enough structure to cover this number against a Jazz team that is far more focused on draft positioning than winning games. If Golden State plays with any kind of urgency, this spread is very manageable.

New York Knicks -2.5 (-106) vs LA Clippers

The Knicks have lost a little footing of late and could really use a bounce-back performance here. That makes this a strong response spot against a Clippers team that has managed to stay above water, but still feels vulnerable to a bad stretch at any moment. New York’s physicality and half-court execution should matter in a game like this, and laying under a full possession is a reasonable bet on the better response team.

Player Props

James Harden over 20.5 points (-112)

Harden remains a major part of the Cavaliers' offense, especially when games slow down and turn into half-court possessions. His ability to create off the dribble, draw fouls, and control tempo gives him a strong path to clearing a line in the low 20s. If Cleveland leans on him as a scorer for extended stretches, 21 points is well within reach.

Nikola Jokic over 9.5 assists (-104)

This is a rivalry game against the Oklahoma City Thunder, and Jokic should be looking to deal for his teammates throughout the night. Denver’s offense runs through him in every possible way, and when defenses load up on his scoring, the passing reads open naturally. In a big-time matchup where Denver will need his full playmaking package, double-digit assists is a very realistic outcome.

Kyle Filipowski over 8.5 rebounds (-130)

Filipowski gets more rebounding opportunities with other frontcourt pieces sidelined by injury. That expanded responsibility matters on the glass, especially for a player who already has strong activity and size around the rim. With stable minutes and a thinner frontcourt rotation, nine rebounds is a fair target.

Brook Lopez over 1.5 made threes (-110)

Lopez continues to provide real value as a stretch big. Defenses still have to respect him beyond the arc, and when he gets multiple clean looks in pick-and-pop actions or drive-and-kick sequences, two made threes is a very attainable number. This is one of the cleaner NBA player props today because the path is simple and familiar.

Today’s Best Parlay

This scoring-focused parlay leans into players with clear offensive paths. Mathurin has been excellent since joining the Clippers and continues to look more comfortable as a real scoring piece in that rotation. Podziemski has grown into a major offensive contributor because of his energy, shot-making, and willingness to attack both on and off the ball. Murray remains Denver’s top perimeter scoring option next to Jokic and is always capable of putting together a big number quickly if his jumper is working, even if he is dealing with an ankle injury.
