49ers vs. Seahawks TNF betting preview

Brock Purdy and the 49ers will visit Geno Smith, DK Metcalf, and the Seahawks on this week's edition of Thursday Night Football (8:15 p.m. ET, Amazon Prime). The Seahawks started the season 3-0, thanks to a very easy schedule. Now they’ve dropped back-to-back games, and despite having a better record than the 49ers, they’re not a better team.

The Seahawks’ defense has been really bad over the last two weeks. They gave up 23 points to the Giants last week and 42 points to the Detroit Lions the week before. They’ve also allowed at least 20 points in four of their five games. and is likely to get exposed by the 49ers’ offense this week. Seattle is a really tough place to play, so there may be some temptation to take the Seahawks’ ATS in this game.
