Will Bears QB Justin Fields score a touchdown? ()
Fields is back for Chicago this week and facing an end-of-season audition for his NFL future. With the Bears having two picks that could be in the top five, they have all the ammunition they need to get whoever they want. Fields will want to make the case to draft him help for the rest of this season instead of being sent packing.
Fields has only one touchdown so far this season in six games, but he is still the same player who scored eight in 2022. The Bears will likely be trailing in this game as more than a touchdown underdogs to the Lions, and to catch up, they’ll need Fields to run.
Against the Lions last year, Fields broke 100 yards rushing in both games, including a two-TD game. More crucially, Fields ran the ball 23 times in those two games. The Lions allowed Lamar Jackson to score the last time they faced a running QB and Jordan Love too, earlier this season.
Fields has been quiet by his standards on the ground, but this matchup is an opportunity to get one at an elevated price to what he’s been most weeks.

Will Bills TE Dalton Kincaid score a touchdown? ()
With the firing of Ken Dorsey and the Bills offense being re-tooled to whatever extent this week, Kincaid should be a focus. His last three weeks have seen him go for 50+ yards all three weeks, with touchdowns in two of them. He’s been a rare bright spot in recent times as the Bills season sputters, and he’s earning a bigger and bigger share of the offense. And now he gets to face the best matchup he can.
The Jets have given up the most touchdowns in the league to tight ends. The Jets’ defense works as a pass funnel to the middle as a function of their corner depth. In the first Bills-Jets game, Kincaid and Dawson Knox combined for seven catches on eight targets. With Knox out and Kincaid eating all those targets, he’s in for a monster day.
The Bills have been very Jekyll and Hyde, but if they can find whatever gets them to be the team that can’t stop scoring, Kincaid should find paydirt.

Will Jets QB Zach Wilson score a touchdown? ()
With Wilson’s starting job under more and more fire as the weeks roll on, the Jets pivot has begun to run more in hopes of saving their sputtering offense. Wilson thought he had one last week before being marked out of bounds as he dove to the pylon, but the more important part is his rushing usage. Wilson’s rushed four times in 3 of his last four games.
The Bills defense was gashed by Russell Wilson’s nine rushing attempts on Monday night. Zach will likely have to be dropping back a ton with the Bills touchdown favorites, which can increase his chances of running. And after Zach’s terrible interception to win Vegas the game on Sunday Night in the red zone, maybe they’ll decide to call some designed runs to use what you might call his sneaky speed. Lord knows it can’t be worse than his arm at this point.

Will Chargers QB Justin Herbert score a TD? ()
At first blush, Herbert is an odd choice. He’s got no reputation as a runner, but he has run more than we think. He got two TDs against the Raiders earlier in the season, and in his rookie season, he notched five TDs. And now, the Chargers’ backs are against the wall.
In all likelihood, the Chargers need to win this game to make the playoffs. Herbert has become what you might call a runner of necessity, and now it will be necessary. He’s scampered for 10+ yard runs each of the last two weeks, which could provide an opening for this.
It’s also worth remembering that the Chargers went back-to-back to QB sneaks twice at the goal line last week against the Lions. While he didn’t get in, at this price, there’s every reason to take a shot he gets in this time.
