ESPN Tournament Challenge
ESPN’s bracket challenge results show there are now zero perfect brackets remaining. A majority of the brackets ended after the first game of the first round, when Mississippi State lost 69-51 to Michigan State.
NCAA.com Bracket Challenge
The NCAA saw their remaining perfect brackets busted before the Sweet 16. None remain.
Yahoo
Yahoo reported zero perfect brackets remaining after the first round of the tournament. So, none were even alive for the second round on Saturday and Sunday, despite so many favorites advancing to the Sweet 16.

It’s not just that no perfect brackets remain, but most didn’t even survive Thursday’s 16 games. The official March Madness account on X posted only 0.00038% of brackets survived the first day. This was approximately 2,100 brackets from more than 31 million entries.
Only one bracket remained after No. 13 Yale upset No. 4 Auburn, but that remaining bracket busted after No. 8 Utah State’s victory over No. 9 TCU. The odds of getting a perfect bracket are 1 in 9.2 quintillion (yes, that is the real odds). March Madness betting fans had an impossible task of trying to keep their brackets perfect.
