For the second (turkey) leg of odds for NFL Week 13 on Thanksgiving, the 4-7 Dallas Cowboys resume their NFC East rivalry with the 2-9 New York Giants at AT&T Stadium. After Sunday’s upset win against Washington, Dallas is favored by Dallas Cowboys -6.5 (-115) on Caesars regarding the spread. The total is 47.5 (-110) on DraftKings. Let’s break down my favorite anytime touchdown odds for Cowboys vs. Giants.

This game features the lowest total of the week, and rightfully so. Over the last three games, both offenses have compiled a bottom-three EPA per play. Nevertheless, Cowboys quarterback Cooper Rush showed signs of life against the Commanders, tallying the fifth-highest dropback success rate in Week 12.

The Giants’ biggest defensive weakness is their secondary, making Lamb an intriguing candidate. Although he failed to find the end zone over the last four games, his scoreless streak helps bettors nab some value. I’d pull the trigger on Lamb sooner rather than later, as his odds for an anytime touchdown will only shorten over the week.

Considering the volatility in reaching paydirt, I don’t recommend investing more than pizza money in this market, as Rush is dealing with a knee injury that could hamper him throughout.

cowboys’ defense: Dallas Cowboys D/ST +500 on DraftKings

Whether or not corner Trevon Diggs (groin/knee) returns to the lineup, Dallas can build upon its strong showing versus the Commanders. The Cowboys will square off versus the Giants’ incompetent offense, led by the banged-up Tommy DiVito, who accrued the second-fewest EPA per dropback when under pressure in Week 12.

Unless DiVito (or Drew Lock) pulls off a Thanksgiving miracle, Micah Parsons and Dallas’ defensive front should dominate New York at the line of scrimmage, which could lead to a turnover that is returned the other way for six.

Nevertheless, I wouldn’t throw more than couch change on this bet for anytime touchdown odds.
