The Anaheim Ducks (28-21-3) are missing up to five players tonight and come into tonight's clash with the Edmonton Oilers (26-19-8) as massive underdogs. Tonight, these two Western Conference sides will battle it out in prime time.

Injuries aside, the Ducks have a real uphill battle, as they allow the second-most goals in hockey and are taking on a top-three scoring offense with Connor McDavid coming off a masterclass five-point performance against the Washington Capitals.

Despite this, the Ducks have won seven consecutive games to vault themselves into the third spot in the Pacific Division, one point behind Edmonton and three points behind the Vegas Golden Knights. They are four points clear of the San Jose Sharks for the final automatic place in the division, though the Sharks have a pair of games in hand.

These two teams tend to play high-scoring contests, and we expect no different tonight, as the whole hockey world will be watching this Pacific Division showdown. We can't wait for the puck to drop.

Yeah, these aren't the longest parlay odds we've ever put our money on, but we're all about value here. This game has the potential to be an extremely one-sided rout in favor of the Oilers, and we want to take full advantage of this value.

With Connor McDavid coming off a two-goal, five-point performance against the Washington Capitals, we think he'll be hungry for more against the 31st-ranked scoring defense in the NHL.

Simply put: the Oilers are at home, with the best player in the world, with the third-best scoring team in hockey against the second-worst defense in hockey, who are missing up to five players tonight, including Leo Carlsson and Troy Terry. We're not messing around and we're betting heavy on McDavid.
