Football bettors looking to track the feud between Antonio Brown and JuJu Smith-Schuster a bit closer now have another option. FanDuel Sportsbook announced a pair of prop bets pitting the two receivers against each other.
The sportsbook is offering the following bets for the two players for the 2019 season. Brown, now the top receiver in Oakland, is the favorite for both, but a shaky Raiders offense might have bettors looking to JuJu, the new go-to threw in Pittsburgh.
More Touchdowns
- Antonio Brown: -220
- JuJu Smith Schuster: +175
More Yards
- Antonio Brown: -140
- JuJu Smith Schuster: +115
Some Steeler resentment
The two former teammates have traded barbs since Brown was traded to Oakland. Brown frustrated many Steelers players and fans after going missing days before the last game of the season.
Brown apparently was in an altercation with quarterback Ben Roethlisberger. He also had issues with head coach Mike Tomlin, who benched him for the final game.
ESPN reported this week that Smith-Schuster’s increasing role in the Steelers’ offense didn’t sit well with Brown.
“Smith-Schuster winning the Steelers’ most valuable player award, as voted on by teammates, seemed to make matters worse,” the network’s report notes. “Many inside and outside the building believed Brown harbored resentment over that voting, though it was never really talked out. Roethlisberger’s support of Smith-Schuster throughout the season, even failing to call Brown his No. 1 receiver after Week 12, loomed large.”
After the trade to the Raiders, Brown seemed to retain some resentment for his former team and their new No. 1 receiver.
Do not listen to any NFL player who haven’t got paid yet! They will do and say anything to make sure they going to get paid even if it’s compromising integrity or anything ! sad but true

Later, Brown seemed to zero in on Smith-Schuster even more. He authored a Tweet criticizing Smith-Schuster’s critical fumble in Week 16 against New Orleans that helped seal a Saints win. It also severely hurt the Steelers’ playoff hopes.
Emotion: boy fumbled the whole post season in the biggest game of year ! Everyone went blind to busy making guys famous not enough reality these days ! 🤙🏾 by the way check the list https://t.co/2SWWT8k0jx

After the latest comment, Smith-Schuster fired back after trying to avoid the controversy surrounding Brown.
And now, days after the feud has (mostly) passed, bettors have the chance to engage in some interesting prop wagering in how this football beef plays out on the field.
